সূরা কামার বাংলা

৫১৫৪। “Hasib” প্রচন্ড টর্ণেডো বা ঘুর্ণিঝড়। এই শব্দটি এই আয়াতে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে ; এবং আরও ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে [ ১৭ : ৬৮ ] আয়াতে ও [ ২৯ : ৪০] আয়াতে এবং [ ৬৭ : ১৭] আয়াতে। লূতের নগরীর উপরে শাস্তি হিসেবে বর্ষণ করা হয়েছিলো পাথর।

আয়াতঃ 054.035

আমার পক্ষ থেকে অনুগ্রহ স্বরূপ। যারা কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বীকার করে, আমি তাদেরকে এভাবে পুরস্কৃত করে থকি।
As a Favour from Us, thus do We reward him who gives thanks (by obeying Us).

نِعْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي مَن شَكَرَ
NiAAmatan min AAindina kathalika najzee man shakara

YUSUFALI: As a Grace from Us: thus do We reward those who give thanks.
PICKTHAL: As grace from Us. Thus We reward him who giveth thanks.
SHAKIR: A favor from Us; thus do We reward him who gives thanks.
KHALIFA: We blessed him and his family; we thus reward the appreciative.

৩৫। আমার বিশেষ অনুগ্রহ স্বরূপ। যে শোকর করে, তাদের আমি এ ভাবেই পুরষ্কৃত করে থাকি ৫১৫৫।

৫১৫৫। যারা আল্লাহ্‌র আইন মান্য করে চলে এবং যারা আল্লাহ্‌র অনুগ্রহের জন্য কৃতজ্ঞ আল্লাহ্‌ তাদের পুরষ্কৃত করেন।

আয়াতঃ 054.036

লূত (আঃ) তাদেরকে আমার প্রচন্ড পাকড়াও সম্পর্কে সতর্ক করেছিল। অতঃপর তারা সতর্কবাণী সম্পর্কে বাকবিতন্ডা করেছিল।
And he [Lout (Lot)] indeed had warned them of Our Grasp, but they did doubt the warnings!

وَلَقَدْ أَنذَرَهُم بَطْشَتَنَا فَتَمَارَوْا بِالنُّذُرِ
Walaqad antharahum batshatana fatamaraw bialnnuthuri

YUSUFALI: And (Lut) did warn them of Our Punishment, but they disputed about the Warning.
PICKTHAL: And he indeed had warned them of Our blow, but they did doubt the warnings.
SHAKIR: And certainly he warned them of Our violent seizure, but they obstinately disputed the warning.
KHALIFA: He warned them about our requital, but they ridiculed the warnings.

৩৬। লূত তাদের আমার শাস্তি সম্বন্ধে সর্তক করেছিলো ৫১৫৬। কিন্তু তারা সর্তকবাণী সম্বন্ধে বির্তক করেছিলো।

৫১৫৬। দেখুন আয়াত [ ১১ : ৭৮ – ৭৯ ]।

আয়াতঃ 054.037

তারা লূতের (আঃ) কাছে তার মেহমানদেরকে দাবী করেছিল। তখন আমি তাদের চক্ষু লোপ করে দিলাম। অতএব, আস্বাদন কর আমার শাস্তি ও সতর্কবাণী।
And they indeed sought to shame his guest (by asking to commit sodomy with them). So We blinded their eyes, ”Then taste you My Torment and My Warnings.”

وَلَقَدْ رَاوَدُوهُ عَن ضَيْفِهِ فَطَمَسْنَا أَعْيُنَهُمْ فَذُوقُوا عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ
Walaqad rawadoohu AAan dayfihi fatamasna aAAyunahum fathooqoo AAathabee wanuthuri

YUSUFALI: And they even sought to snatch away his guests from him, but We blinded their eyes. (They heard:) “Now taste ye My Wrath and My Warning.”
PICKTHAL: They even asked of him his guests for an ill purpose. Then We blinded their eyes (and said): Taste now My punishment after My warnings!
SHAKIR: And certainly they endeavored to turn him from his guests, but We blinded their eyes; so taste My chastisement and My warning.
KHALIFA: They negotiated with him about his guests; we blinded them. Suffer My retribution; you have been warned.

৩৭। এমন কি তারা তার [ লূতের ] নিকট থেকে অতিথিদের কেড়ে নিতে চাইল ৫১৫৭। কিন্তু আমি তাদের চক্ষু অন্ধ করে দিলাম। [ তারা শুনতে পেলো ] ” এখন আমার ক্রোধ ও ভয় প্রদর্শন আস্বাদন কর।”

৫১৫৭। লূতের সম্প্রদায় সমকামিতার জঘন্য পাপে লিপ্ত ছিলো। লূত বহুদিন থেকে তাদের সুপথে আনার বৃথা চেষ্টাতে লিপ্ত ছিলেন। কিন্তু হায় সবই ছিলো বৃথা। তাদের শেষ সময় ঘনিয়ে এলো যখন দুজন ফেরেশতা সুপুরুষের ছদ্মবেশে লূতের নিকট আগমন করলেন। নগরীর লোকেরা উম্মাদের ন্যায় লূতের বাড়ী আক্রমণ করলো সুপুরুষ অতিথিদ্বয়কে ছিনিয়ে নেয়ার জন্য। লূত প্রাণপণে চেষ্টা করতে লাগলেন তাদের বিরত করার জন্য। কিন্তু পাপিষ্ঠদের প্রচন্ড শক্তির কাছে তার ক্ষমতা ছিলো অতি সামান্য। লূতের সম্প্রদায়ের পাপের ভাড়া পূর্ণ হলো। তাদের সম্পূর্ণ ধ্বংস করার পূর্বে আল্লাহ্‌ তাদের দৃষ্টি শক্তি কেড়ে নেন। পরদিন প্রভাতে তাদের নগরীদ্বয় পাথর বৃষ্টি দ্বারা সম্পূর্ণ ধ্বংস হয়ে যায়। লূত এবং তাঁর সহচরেরা আল্লাহ্‌র কৃপায় রক্ষা পায়।

আয়াতঃ 054.038

তাদেরকে প্রত্যুষে নির্ধারিত শাস্তি আঘাত হেনেছিল।
And verily, an abiding torment seized them early in the morning.

وَلَقَدْ صَبَّحَهُم بُكْرَةً عَذَابٌ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ
Walaqad sabbahahum bukratan AAathabun mustaqirrun

YUSUFALI: Early on the morrow an abiding Punishment seized them:
PICKTHAL: And in truth the punishment decreed befell them early in the morning.
SHAKIR: And certainly a lasting chastisement overtook them in the morning.
KHALIFA: Early the next morning, a devastating retribution struck them.
