সূরা জুমআ বাংলা

৫৪৬৩। কিছুক্ষণ কর্মবিরতিতে হয়তো বা তোমাদের জন্য কিছু আর্থিক ক্ষতির সম্ভাবনা বয়ে আনবে। কিন্তু জুমার নামাজ ত্যাগ করে সামান্য আর্থিক লাভ পরলোকের অনন্ত জীবনের জন্য হবে বিরাট ক্ষতি।

আয়াতঃ 062.010

অতঃপর নামায সমাপ্ত হলে তোমরা পৃথিবীতে ছড়িয়ে পড় এবং আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ তালাশ কর ও আল্লাহকে অধিক স্মরণ কর, যাতে তোমরা সফলকাম হও।
Then when the (Jumu’ah) Salât (prayer) is finished, you may disperse through the land, and seek the Bounty of Allâh (by working, etc.), and remember Allâh much, that you may be successful.

فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَانتَشِرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَابْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ
Fa-itha qudiyati alssalatu faintashiroo fee al-ardi waibtaghoo min fadli Allahi waothkuroo Allaha katheeran laAAallakum tuflihoona

YUSUFALI: And when the Prayer is finished, then may ye disperse through the land, and seek of the Bounty of Allah: and celebrate the Praises of Allah often (and without stint): that ye may prosper.
PICKTHAL: And when the prayer is ended, then disperse in the land and seek of Allah’s bounty, and remember Allah much, that ye may be successful.
SHAKIR: But when the prayer is ended, then disperse abroad in the land and seek of Allah’s grace, and remember Allah much, that you may be successful.
KHALIFA: Once the prayer is completed, you may spread through the land to seek GOD’s bounties, and continue to remember GOD frequently, that you may succeed.

১০। এবং যখন প্রার্থনা শেষ হয়ে যাবে, তখন আল্লাহ্‌র অনুগ্রহ সন্ধানের জন্য পৃথিবীতে ছড়িয়ে পড়তে পার। এবং সর্বদা আল্লাহকে স্মরণ করবে, যেনো তোমরা সফলতা লাভ করতে পার। ৫৪৬৪

৫৪৬৪। এখানে ‘সফলকাম ‘ শব্দটি ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। পার্থিব জীবনে আমরা সফলতার মাপকাঠি ধরে থাকি অর্থ ও সম্পদের প্রাচুর্য। কিন্তু যে সফলতার উল্লেখ এখানে করা হয়েছে, তা পার্থিব জীবনকে অতিক্রম করে পরলোকের অনন্ত জীবন পর্যন্ত সম্প্রসারিত। সে সফলতা হচ্ছে আধ্যাত্মিক জীবনের সফলতা বা উন্নতি।

আয়াতঃ 062.011

তারা যখন কোন ব্যবসায়ের সুযোগ অথবা ক্রীড়াকৌতুক দেখে তখন আপনাকে দাঁড়ানো অবস্থায় রেখে তারা সেদিকে ছুটে যায়। বলুনঃ আল্লাহর কাছে যা আছে, তা ক্রীড়াকৌতুক ও ব্যবসায় অপেক্ষা উৎকৃষ্ট। আল্লাহ সর্বোত্তম রিযিকদাতা।
And when they see some merchandise or some amusement [beating of Tambur (drum) etc.] they disperse headlong to it, and leave you (Muhammad SAW) standing [while delivering Jumu’ah’s religious talk (Khutbah)]. Say ”That which Allâh has is better than any amusement or merchandise! And Allâh is the Best of providers.”

وَإِذَا رَأَوْا تِجَارَةً أَوْ لَهْوًا انفَضُّوا إِلَيْهَا وَتَرَكُوكَ قَائِمًا قُلْ مَا عِندَ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ مِّنَ اللَّهْوِ وَمِنَ التِّجَارَةِ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
Wa-itha raaw tijaratan aw lahwan infaddoo ilayha watarakooka qa-iman qul ma AAinda Allahi khayrun mina allahwi wamina alttijarati waAllahu khayru alrraziqeena

YUSUFALI: But when they see some bargain or some amusement, they disperse headlong to it, and leave thee standing. Say: “The (blessing) from the Presence of Allah is better than any amusement or bargain! and Allah is the Best to provide (for all needs).”
PICKTHAL: But when they spy some merchandise or pastime they break away to it and leave thee standing. Say: That which Allah hath is better than pastime and than merchandise, and Allah is the Best of providers.
SHAKIR: And when they see merchandise or sport they break up for It, and leave you standing. Say: What is with Allah is better than sport and (better) than merchandise, and Allah is the best of Sustainers.
KHALIFA: When some of them come across a business deal, or some entertainment, they rush to it and leave you standing! Say, “What GOD possesses is far better than the entertainment or the business. GOD is the best Provider.”

১১। কিন্তু যখন তারা লাভজনক ক্রয়-বিক্রয় ও কৌতুক দেখে, তখন তারা তোমাকে দাঁড়ানো অবস্থায় রেখে সেদিকে ধাবিত হয়। বল : ” আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট থেকে প্রাপ্ত [ আর্শীবাদ ] যে কোন কৌতুক ও লাভজনক ক্রয়-বিক্রয় অপেক্ষা উত্তম। আল্লাহ্‌ সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ রুজীদাতা ৫৪৬৫।

৫৪৬৫। একবার মদিনায় খাদ্য শস্যেরর ভীষণ অভাব দেখা দেয়। সেই সময়ে এক জুমার সালাতে যখন রাসুলুল্লাহ্‌ (সা) খুতবা দিতেছিলেন, তখন খাদ্যশষ্য আমদানীকারক একটি ব্যবসায়ী দল সেখানে আগমন করলে মুসল্লীগণের মধ্যে অনেকে খাদ্যশস্য ক্রয় করার উদ্দেশ্যে নামাজ শেষের পূর্বেই মসজিদ থেকে বাইরে যান। এই ঘটনার প্রেক্ষিতে আয়াতটি অবতীর্ণ হয়। ক্ষণস্থায়ী লাভ বা আনন্দের জন্য অধীর হওয়া উচিত নয়। যদি কেউ আল্লাহ্‌র উপরে ভরসা রেখে সৎ জীবন যাপন করে আল্লাহ্‌ তাদের সকল অভাব পূর্ণ করে দেন।
