সূরা হুজরাত বাংলা

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ
Ya ayyuha alnnasu inna khalaqnakum min thakarin waontha wajaAAalnakum shuAAooban waqaba-ila litaAAarafoo inna akramakum AAinda Allahi atqakum inna Allaha AAaleemun khabeerun

YUSUFALI: O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).
PICKTHAL: O mankind! Lo! We have created you male and female, and have made you nations and tribes that ye may know one another. Lo! the noblest of you, in the sight of Allah, is the best in conduct. Lo! Allah is Knower, Aware.
SHAKIR: O you men! surely We have created you of a male and a female, and made you tribes and families that you may know each other; surely the most honorable of you with Allah is the one among you most careful (of his duty); surely Allah is Knowing, Aware.
KHALIFA: O people, we created you from the same male and female, and rendered you distinct peoples and tribes, that you may recognize one another. The best among you in the sight of GOD is the most righteous. GOD is Omniscient, Cognizant.

১৩। হে মানব সম্প্রদায় ! আমি তোমাদের [একজোড়া ] পুরুষ ও নারী থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছি ৪৯৩৩ ; এবং তোমাদের বিভিন্ন জাতি ও গোত্রে বিভক্ত করেছি, যেনো তোমরা একে অপরকে [ ঘৃণা না করে ] পরিচিত হতে পার। আল্লাহ্‌র দৃষ্টিতে সেই ব্যক্তি সর্বোচ্চ সম্মানিত যে সবচেয়ে বেশী পূণ্যাত্মা। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ্‌ সব কিছু জানেন, সমস্ত খবর রাখেন।

৪৯৩৩। এই আয়াতটির মাধ্যমে আল্লাহ্‌ সকল মানুষ বা বিশ্ব মানব সম্প্রদায়কে সম্বোধন করেছেন। আয়াতটি শুধুমাত্র মুসলিম ভাতৃত্বের জন্য প্রযোজ্য নহে। প্রকৃতপক্ষে কোরাণ শরীফে মুসলমানদের জন্য আল্লাহ্‌ যে জীবন বিধান দান করেছেন তা বিশ্বমানবের জন্যও সমভাবে প্রযোজ্য। এখানে বলা হয়েছে মানুষ জাতির সৃষ্টি শুধুমাত্র একজোড়া নর ও নারী থেকে। সমস্ত মনুষ্য কূলের একজন নর ও একজন নারীই পূর্বপুরুষ। আজ দেশে দেশে যত গোত্র, সম্প্রদায় ও জাতি রয়েছে তাদের যত পার্থক্য ও বৈশিষ্ট্য বর্তমান থাকুক না কেন আসলে তারা সকলেই একই পিতা-মাতার সন্তান। আল্লাহ্‌র সম্মুখে সকল মানুষ সমান এই সত্যকে এভাবে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। কালো, সাদা, ধনী, দরিদ্র, রাজা-প্রজা,এসবের কোনও মূল্যই আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট নাই। সেই আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট অধিক মর্যাদাসম্পন্ন যে অধিক মুত্তাকী। মানুষের প্রকৃত পরিচয়কে এই আয়াতের মাধ্যমে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। যে ব্যক্তি চরিত্রগত গুণে গুণান্বিত একমাত্র সেই আসল মর্যদার অধিকারী। এই হচ্ছে আল্লাহ্‌র বিধান।

আয়াতঃ 049.014

মরুবাসীরা বলেঃ আমরা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছি। বলুনঃ তোমরা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করনি; বরং বল, আমরা বশ্যতা স্বীকার করেছি। এখনও তোমাদের অন্তরে বিশ্বাস জন্মেনি। যদি তোমরা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের আনুগত্য কর, তবে তোমাদের কর্ম বিন্দুমাত্রও নিস্ফল করা হবে না। নিশ্চয়, আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম মেহেরবান।
The bedouins say: ”We believe.” Say: ”You believe not but you only say, ’We have surrendered (in Islâm),’ for Faith has not yet entered your hearts. But if you obey Allâh and His Messenger (SAW), He will not decrease anything in reward for your deeds. Verily, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

قَالَتِ الْأَعْرَابُ آمَنَّا قُل لَّمْ تُؤْمِنُوا وَلَكِن قُولُوا أَسْلَمْنَا وَلَمَّا يَدْخُلِ الْإِيمَانُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ وَإِن تُطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ لَا يَلِتْكُم مِّنْ أَعْمَالِكُمْ شَيْئًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
Qalati al-aAArabu amanna qul lam tu/minoo walakin qooloo aslamna walamma yadkhuli al-eemanu fee quloobikum wa-in tuteeAAoo Allaha warasoolahu la yalitkum min aAAmalikum shay-an inna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun

YUSUFALI: The desert Arabs say, “We believe.” Say, “Ye have no faith; but ye (only)say, ‘We have submitted our wills to Allah,’ For not yet has Faith entered your hearts. But if ye obey Allah and His Messenger, He will not belittle aught of your deeds: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
PICKTHAL: The wandering Arabs say: We believe. Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Ye believe not, but rather say “We submit,” for the faith hath not yet entered into your hearts. Yet, if ye obey Allah and His messenger, He will not withhold from you aught of (the reward of) your deeds. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
SHAKIR: The dwellers of the desert say: We believe. Say: You do not believe but say, We submit; and faith has not yet entered into your hearts; and if you obey Allah and His Messenger, He will not diminish aught of your deeds; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
KHALIFA: The Arabs said, “We are Mu’mens (believers).” Say, “You have not believed; what you should say is, `We are Muslims (submitters),’ until belief is established in your hearts.” If you obey GOD and His messenger, He will not put any of your works to waste. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.
