৩৫। ” যারা বিধিসংগত ক্ষমতা ব্যতীতও আল্লাহ্‌র নিদর্শন সম্বন্ধে বির্তক করে ; [ এরূপ আচরণ ] আল্লাহ্‌ ও মোমেনদের চোখে দুঃখজনক ও ঘৃণাই। এ ভাবেই আল্লাহ্‌ উদ্ধত , একগুঁয়ে, সীমালংঘনকারীদের প্রত্যেকের হৃদয়ে সীলমোহর করে দেন।” ৪৪০৭

৪৪০৭। উপরের টিকা দেখুন। অহংকারে যারা সীমালঙ্ঘন করে তাদের আত্মা আল্লাহ্‌র বাণী ধারণে অনুপযুক্ত হবে। আল্লাহ্‌ তাদের হৃদয়কে মোহর করে দেন। ফলে আল্লাহ্‌র বাণীর আবেদন তাদের অনুভবের, উপলব্ধির সীমানাতে পৌঁছায় না। ফলে কোনও ভালো বা সত্যকে তারা অন্তর থেকে গ্রহণ করতে পারবে না। তারা সর্বদা সংশয়ে ভুগবে। দেখুন [৭: ১০০ ] ও [২ : ৭ ] আয়াত ও টিকা নং ৩১।

আয়াতঃ 040.036

ফেরাউন বলল, হে হামান, তুমি আমার জন্যে একটি সুউচ্চ প্রাসাদ নির্মাণ কর, হয়তো আমি পৌঁছে যেতে পারব।
Pharaoh said: “O Haman! Build me a lofty palace, that I may attain the ways and means-

وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ يَا هَامَانُ ابْنِ لِي صَرْحًا لَّعَلِّي أَبْلُغُ الْأَسْبَابَ
Waqala firAAawnu ya hamanu ibni lee sarhan laAAallee ablughu al-asbaba

YUSUFALI: Pharaoh said: “O Haman! Build me a lofty palace, that I may attain the ways and means-
PICKTHAL: And Pharaoh said: O Haman! Build for me a tower that haply I may reach the roads,
SHAKIR: And Firon said: O Haman! build for me a tower that I may attain the means of access,
KHALIFA: Pharaoh said, “O Haamaan, build for me a high tower, that I may reach out and discover.

৩৬। ফেরাউন বলেছিলো, ” ওহে হামান ! আমার জন্য একটি সুউচ্চ প্রাসাদ তৈরী কর ৪৪০৮ , যেনো আমি পথ ও অবলম্বন পেতে পারি –

৪৪০৮। দেখুন [ ২৮ : ৩৮] আয়াত ও টিকা ৩৩৭১। এই আয়াত থেকে ফেরাউনের চরিত্রের প্রধান দুটি বৈশিষ্ট্য লক্ষ্য করা যায়।

১) জাগতিক সম্পদ ও ক্ষমতা ফেরাউনকে অহংকারে উদ্ধত ও একগুয়েতে পরিণত করে। আধ্যাত্মিক জগত সম্বন্ধে সে অনুভূতিহীন হয়ে পড়ে, ফলে সে আল্লাহ্‌র অবস্থানকে জাগতিক দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে বিচার করে আল্লাহ্‌র প্রাসাদে মই দ্বারা আরোহণের ইচ্ছা প্রকাশ করে। ‘Asbab’ অর্থ অবলম্বন।

২) সে উদ্ধতভাবে মুসা এবং মুসার ইলাহ্‌কে ব্যঙ্গ বিদ্রূপ করে। সে প্রকাশ্যে ঘোষণা করে যে, “আমি উহাকে [ মুসাকে ] মিথ্যাবাদী মনে করি।”

আয়াতঃ 040.037

আকাশের পথে, অতঃপর উঁকি মেরে দেখব মূসার আল্লাহকে। বস্তুতঃ আমি তো তাকে মিথ্যাবাদীই মনে করি। এভাবেই ফেরাউনের কাছে সুশোভিত করা হয়েছিল তার মন্দ কর্মকে এবং সোজা পথ থেকে তাকে বিরত রাখা হয়েছিল। ফেরাউনের চক্রান্ত ব্যর্থ হওয়ারই ছিল।
“The ways and means of (reaching) the heavens, and that I may mount up to the Allah of Moses: But as far as I am concerned, I think (Moses) is a liar!” Thus was made alluring, in Pharaoh’s eyes, the evil of his deeds, and he was hindered from the Path; and the plot of Pharaoh led to nothing but perdition (for him).

أَسْبَابَ السَّمَاوَاتِ فَأَطَّلِعَ إِلَى إِلَهِ مُوسَى وَإِنِّي لَأَظُنُّهُ كَاذِبًا وَكَذَلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِفِرْعَوْنَ سُوءُ عَمَلِهِ وَصُدَّ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَا كَيْدُ فِرْعَوْنَ إِلَّا فِي تَبَابٍ
Asbaba alssamawati faattaliAAa ila ilahi moosa wa-innee laathunnuhu kathiban wakathalika zuyyina lifirAAawna soo-o AAamalihi wasudda AAani alssabeeli wama kaydu firAAawna illa fee tababin

YUSUFALI: “The ways and means of (reaching) the heavens, and that I may mount up to the god of Moses: But as far as I am concerned, I think (Moses) is a liar!” Thus was made alluring, in Pharaoh’s eyes, the evil of his deeds, and he was hindered from the Path; and the plot of Pharaoh led to nothing but perdition (for him).
PICKTHAL: The roads of the heavens, and may look upon the god of Moses, though verily I think him a liar. Thus was the evil that he did made fairseeming unto Pharaoh, and he was debarred from the (right) way. The plot of Pharaoh ended but in ruin.
SHAKIR: The means of access to the heavens, then reach the god of Musa, and I surely think him to be a liar. And thus the evil of his deed was made fairseeming to Firon, and he was turned away from the way; and the struggle of Firon was not (to end) in aught but destruction.
KHALIFA: “I want to reach the heaven, and take a look at the god of Moses. I believe he is a liar.” Thus were the evil works of Pharaoh adorned in his eyes, and thus was he kept from following (the right) path. Pharaoh’s scheming was truly evil.

৩৭। ” আসমানে [ পৌঁছানোর ] অবলম্বন ; যেনো আমি মুসার আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট আরোহণ করতে পারি। তবে আমার ধারণায় আমি মনে করি [ মুসা ] একজন মিথ্যাবাদী। ” এভাবেই ফেরাউনের চোখে তার মন্দ কার্যাবলীকে সুশোভিত করা হয়েছে ৪৪০৯। এবং তাকে সৎপথ থেকে বিরত রাখা হয়েছিলো। ফেরাউনের ষড়যন্ত্র তাকে জাহান্নাম ব্যতীত অন্য কোথাও পরিচালিত করে নাই ৪৪১০।
