৫৪১৯। যদি কেউ আল্লাহ্র বাণী বা আইন বা জীবন বিধানকে প্রত্যাখান করে, তবে ক্ষতি আল্লাহ্র নয়, তারই। আল্লাহ্ অভাবমুক্ত। তিনি কারও মুখাপেক্ষী নন। কারও এবাদত বা ত্যাগ বা প্রশংসায় তার প্রয়োজন নাই। আল্লাহ্ এ সবের বহু উর্দ্ধে। সমস্ত সৃষ্টিতে, বিশ্ব -ভূবনের অণু-পরমাণুতে তার জ্ঞান ও প্রজ্ঞা ছড়িয়ে আছে। যে তা উপলব্ধিতে সক্ষম, লাভ তারই। যে উপলব্ধি করে না ক্ষতি তারই। আল্লাহকে প্রশংসা করার মাধ্যমেই আত্মার মুক্তি ঘটে। আল্লাহ্ অভাবমুক্ত। আমাদের প্রশংসার তার প্রয়োজন নাই। উদাহরণ স্বরূপ বলা যায় : সুন্দর দৃশ্য বা প্রকৃতির অপরূপ রূপরাজি দর্শনে হৃদয়ে বিমল আনন্দের সৃষ্টি হয়, আত্মা হয় বিমোহিত, পরিতৃপ্ত, শান্ত। ব্যক্তির এই অনুভূতি দ্বারা প্রকৃতির কোনও উপকার হয় না – প্রকৃতি তার নিজস্ব নিয়ম ও সৌন্দর্যে ভাস্বর থাকে। উপকার যা তা ব্যক্তির নিজস্ব অনুভূতি। যে ব্যক্তি প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য উপভোগে অক্ষম সে হতভাগ্য প্রকৃতি তাতে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয় না। ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয় অনুভূতিহীন ব্যক্তি। ঠিক সেরূপ হচ্ছে ব্যক্তির জন্য আল্লাহ্ প্রেম, পাপীদের বিরুদ্ধাচাণে আল্লাহ্র কোনও ক্ষতি নাই – অপরপক্ষে আল্লাহ্ প্রেমে পূণ্যাত্মাদের হৃদয় হয় আলোকিত, শান্ত, নিবিড় অনুভূতিতে আপ্লুত।
আয়াতঃ 060.007
যারা তোমাদের শত্রু আল্লাহ তাদের মধ্যে ও তোমাদের মধ্যে সম্ভবতঃ বন্ধুত্ব সৃষ্টি করে দেবেন। আল্লাহ সবই করতে পারেন এবং আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুণাময়।
Perhaps Allâh will make friendship between you and those whom you hold as enemies. And Allâh has power (over all things), and Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
عَسَى اللَّهُ أَن يَجْعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَ الَّذِينَ عَادَيْتُم مِّنْهُم مَّوَدَّةً وَاللَّهُ قَدِيرٌ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
AAasa Allahu an yajAAala baynakum wabayna allatheena AAadaytum minhum mawaddatan waAllahu qadeerun waAllahu ghafoorun raheemun
YUSUFALI: It may be that Allah will grant love (and friendship) between you and those whom ye (now) hold as enemies. For Allah has power (over all things); And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
PICKTHAL: It may be that Allah will ordain love between you and those of them with whom ye are at enmity. Allah is Mighty, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
SHAKIR: It may be that Allah will bring about friendship between you and those whom you hold to be your enemies among them; and Allah is Powerful; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
KHALIFA: GOD may change the animosity between you and them into love. GOD is Omnipotent. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

৭। যাদের সাথে তোমাদের [ এখন ] শত্রুতা আছে, সম্ভবতঃ আল্লাহ্ তোমাদের ও তাদের মধ্যে ভালোবাসা [ এবং বন্ধুত্ব ] স্থাপন করে দেবেন ৫৪২০। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ্ [সকল কিছুর উপরে ] শক্তিশালী এবং আল্লাহ্ বারে বারে ক্ষমাশীল, অসীম করুণাময়।
৫৪২০। ধর্মীয় বিভেদ, ঘৃণা, শত্রুতা, নির্যাতন ইত্যাদির উৎপত্তি অজ্ঞতা থেকে আবার অনেক ক্ষেত্রে অতি উৎসাহ আত্মার মাঝে এ সবের জন্ম দেয়। এই আয়াতে আল্লাহ্ বলেছেন আল্লাহ্ ইচ্ছা করলে এদের জন্য ক্ষমার সুযোগ দান করবেন এবং আল্লাহ্র রাস্তায় ডেকে নেবেন। ইসলামের ইতিহাসে এরূপ অনেক উদাহরণ পাওয়া যায়। হযরত ওমর (রা ) ছিলেন এরূপ এক ব্যক্তি যিনি ইসলামের অন্যতম প্রধান শত্রু থেকে ইসলামের অন্যতম প্রধান সেবকরূপে পরিচিতি লাভ করেন। পরবর্তী জীবনে তিনি চার খলিফার মধ্যে ছিলেন দ্বিতীয় – যার খেলাফতের জীবন ছিলো ইসলামের ইতিহাসে এক কর্মোজ্জ্বল, গৌরবমন্ডিত অধ্যায়।
আয়াতঃ 060.008
ধর্মের ব্যাপারে যারা তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই করেনি এবং তোমাদেরকে দেশ থেকে বহিস্কৃত করেনি, তাদের প্রতি সদাচরণ ও ইনসাফ করতে আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে নিষেধ করেন না। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ইনসাফকারীদেরকে ভালবাসেন।
Allâh does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allâh loves those who deal with equity.
لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ
La yanhakumu Allahu AAani allatheena lam yuqatilookum fee alddeeni walam yukhrijookum min diyarikum an tabarroohum watuqsitoo ilayhim inna Allaha yuhibbu almuqsiteena
YUSUFALI: Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just.
PICKTHAL: Allah forbiddeth you not those who warred not against you on account of religion and drove you not out from your homes, that ye should show them kindness and deal justly with them. Lo! Allah loveth the just dealers.
SHAKIR: Allah does not forbid you respecting those who have not made war against you on account of (your) religion, and have not driven you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly; surely Allah loves the doers of justice.
KHALIFA: GOD does not enjoin you from befriending those who do not fight you because of religion, and do not evict you from your homes. You may befriend them and be equitable towards them. GOD loves the equitable.
