আয়াতঃ 051.005
তোমাদের প্রদত্ত ওয়াদা অবশ্যই সত্য।
Verily, that which you are promised (i.e. Resurrection in the Hereafter and receiving the reward or punishment of good or bad deeds, etc.) is surely true.
إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَصَادِقٌ
Innama tooAAadoona lasadiqun
YUSUFALI: Verily that which ye are promised is true;
PICKTHAL: Lo! that wherewith ye are threatened is indeed true,
SHAKIR: What you are threatened with is most surely true,
KHALIFA: What is promised to you will surely come to pass.
০৫। নিশ্চয়ই তোমাদের যে প্রতিশ্রুতি দেয়া হয়েছে তা সত্য ৪৯৯১ ;
৪৯৯১। “প্রদত্ত প্রতিশ্রুতি ” – আল্লাহ্ প্রতিশ্রুতি দান করেছেন অনুতাপকারীদের তাঁর ক্ষমা ও দয়া এবং পাপী ও আল্লাহকে প্রত্যাখানকারীদের জন্য ন্যায় বিচার ও শাস্তি এবং পারলৌকিক জীবনের প্রতিশ্রুতি। এ কথা বলা হয়েছে যে পৃথিবীর জীবনই শেষ কথা নয় মৃত্যুর পরে আছে স্থায়ী ও অনন্ত জীবন। পৃথিবীর জীবন হচ্ছে সে জীবনের জন্য প্রস্তুতি ক্ষেত্র মাত্র।
আয়াতঃ 051.006
ইনসাফ অবশ্যম্ভাবী।
And verily, the Recompense is sure to happen.
وَإِنَّ الدِّينَ لَوَاقِعٌ
Wa-inna alddeena lawaqiAAun
YUSUFALI: And verily Judgment and Justice must indeed come to pass.
PICKTHAL: And lo! the judgment will indeed befall.
SHAKIR: And the judgment must most surely come about.
KHALIFA: The Day of Judgment is inevitable.
০৬। অবশ্যই ন্যায় বিচার অবশ্যম্ভাবী ৪৯৯২।
৪৯৯২। ‘Din’ প্রতিটি লোককে তার প্রাপ্য অনুযায়ী অংশ দেওয়া। এই শব্দটি ব্যবহার হয়েছে শেষ বিচারের দিনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে পৃথিবীর জীবনের সকল অসমতা, সকল অন্যায়, অবিচারের সেদিন সমতা আনায়ন করা হবে।
আয়াতঃ 051.007
পথবিশিষ্ট আকাশের কসম,
By the heaven full of paths,
وَالسَّمَاء ذَاتِ الْحُبُكِ
Waalssama-i thati alhubuki
YUSUFALI: By the Sky with (its) numerous Paths,
PICKTHAL: By the heaven full of paths,
SHAKIR: I swear by the heaven full of ways.
KHALIFA: Despite the perfectly created sky.
০৭। শপথ বহু পথ বিশিষ্ট আসমানের ৪৯৯৩।
৪৯৯৩। কোটি কোটি তারার মেলা হচ্ছে সূদূর নক্ষত্রমন্ডলী। নভোমন্ডলে অসংখ্য গ্রহ, নক্ষত্র নির্দ্দিষ্ট গতিপথ অতিক্রম করে চলছে, আবার ধূমকেতু বা উল্কারা অনির্দ্দিষ্টের পানে ধেয়ে চলেছে। এরূপ কোটি কোটি গ্রহ নক্ষত্র নিয়ে যে নভোমন্ডল, জ্যোতির্বিজ্ঞানীদের তা গবেষণার বিষয়বস্তু। ” বহু পথ বিশিষ্ট আকাশ ” হচ্ছে গ্রহ, নক্ষত্র, তারকারাজি, ধূমকেতু, উল্কা প্রভৃতির বিভিন্ন গতিপথ – যা উচ্চতর বিজ্ঞানের যেমন জোতির্বিজ্ঞান, অংক শাস্ত্রের বিষয়বস্তু। কিন্তু মানুষ খুব কমই জ্ঞান ধারণ করে এ সম্বন্ধে। কিন্তু গ্রহ, নক্ষত্র, তারকারাজি এদের সম্বন্ধে আল্লাহ্র এক নির্দ্দিষ্ট পরিকল্পনা রয়েছে।
আয়াতঃ 051.008
তোমরা তো বিরোধপূর্ণ কথা বলছ।
Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad SAW and the Qur’ân).
إِنَّكُمْ لَفِي قَوْلٍ مُّخْتَلِفٍ
Innakum lafee qawlin mukhtalifin
YUSUFALI: Truly ye are in a doctrine discordant,
PICKTHAL: Lo! ye, forsooth, are of various opinion (concerning the truth).
SHAKIR: Most surely you are at variance with each other in what you say,
KHALIFA: You continue to dispute the truth.
০৮। সত্যিই তোমরা পরস্পর বিরোধী মতবাদে লিপ্ত ৪৯৯৪।
৪৯৯৪। যারা বিভিন্ন মতবাদের দ্বারা বিভ্রান্ত, তারাই হয় সন্দেহ বাতিক। পরলোকের জীবনকে অস্বীকার দ্বারা কোনও মতবাদই আধ্যাত্মিক জীবনকে সমুন্নত রাখতে সক্ষম নয়।
আয়াতঃ 051.009
যে ভ্রষ্ট, সেই এ থেকে মুখ ফিরায়,
Turned aside therefrom (i.e. from Muhammad SAW and the Qur’ân) is he who is turned aside (by the Decree and Preordainment ÇáÞÖÇ æÇáÞÏÑ of Allâh).
يُؤْفَكُ عَنْهُ مَنْ أُفِكَ
Yu/faku AAanhu man ofika
YUSUFALI: Through which are deluded (away from the Truth) such as would be deluded.
PICKTHAL: He is made to turn away from it who is (himself) averse.
SHAKIR: He is turned away from it who would be turned away.
KHALIFA: Deviating therefrom are the deviators.
০৯। এর দ্বারা যারা বিভ্রান্ত হওয়ার তারাই [সত্য থেকে ] বিভ্রান্ত হয়
১০। যারা মিথ্যার কারবারী তারা ধবংস হোক, –
১১। যারা অবহেলা ভরে ভুলের সমুদ্রে [ডুবে] রয়েছে ৪৯৯৬।
৪৯৯৬। যারা আল্লাহ্র বাণীকে পরিত্যাগ করে তারা সত্যভ্রষ্ট। আধ্যাত্মিক জগতে তারা বিপদজনক অবস্থানে রয়েছে। কিন্তু তারা জানে না। কারণ তারা বিভ্রান্ত।
আয়াতঃ 051.010
অনুমানকারীরা ধ্বংস হোক,
Cursed be the liars,
قُتِلَ الْخَرَّاصُونَ
Qutila alkharrasoona
YUSUFALI: Woe to the falsehood-mongers,-
PICKTHAL: Accursed be the conjecturers
SHAKIR: Cursed be the liars,
KHALIFA: Woe to the falsifiers.
