أَتَوَاصَوْا بِهِ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ
Atawasaw bihi bal hum qawmun taghoona
YUSUFALI: Is this the legacy they have transmitted, one to another? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds!
PICKTHAL: Have they handed down (the saying) as an heirloom one unto another? Nay, but they are froward folk.
SHAKIR: Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people.
KHALIFA: Did they make an agreement with each other? Indeed, they are transgressors.
৫৩। তারা কি এই বিষয়ে বংশানুক্রমে একে অন্যকে অছিয়ৎ [নির্দ্দেশ ] করে গেছে ৫০৩০ ? বস্তুতঃ তারা এক সীমালংঘনকারী সম্প্রদায়।
৫০৩০। পৃথিবীতে পাপ ও পূণ্যের স্রোত ধারা পাশাপাশি প্রবাহিত। অবিশ্বাসীদের দ্বারা সত্যের বাণী প্রচারকদের নির্যাতনের ধারা যুগে যুগে একই রয়ে গেছে। তাদের বক্তব্যও একই রয়ে গেছে। মন্দের এই ধারা সত্যের কোনও ক্ষতি করতে সক্ষম নয়।
আয়াতঃ 051.054
অতএব, আপনি ওদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিন। এতে আপনি অপরাধী হবেন না।
So turn away (O Muhammad SAW) from them (Quraish pagans) you are not to be blamed (as you have conveyed Allâh’s Message).
فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَمَا أَنتَ بِمَلُومٍ
Fatawalla AAanhum fama anta bimaloomin
YUSUFALI: So turn away from them: not thine is the blame.
PICKTHAL: So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy,
SHAKIR: Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame;
KHALIFA: You may disregard them; you cannot be blamed.
৫৪। সুতারাং [ হে মুহম্মদ ] তুমি তাদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও। এতে তোমার কোন দোষ নাই ৫০৩১।
৫০৩১। রাসুলের দায়িত্ব সত্যকে প্রচার করা। কিন্তু যদি মন্দ ও পাপীরা একগুঁয়ে ভাবে সত্যকে প্রত্যাখান করে, তবে সে জন্য রাসুল ( সা ) দায়ী থাকবেন না। আল্লাহ্ এই আয়াত দ্বারা ঘোষণা করেছেন যে, ” তুমি তাদের থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও।” কিন্তু যারা সত্যের আহ্বান শুনতে চায় রাসুলকে ( সা ) তাদের মাঝে সত্য প্রচারের জন্য বলা হয়েছে।
আয়াতঃ 051.055
এবং বোঝাতে থাকুন; কেননা, বোঝানো মুমিনদের উপকারে আসবে।
And remind (by preaching the Qur’ân, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers.
وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَى تَنفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Wathakkir fa-inna alththikra tanfaAAu almu/mineena
YUSUFALI: But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers.
PICKTHAL: And warn, for warning profiteth believers.
SHAKIR: And continue to remind, for surely the reminder profits the believers.
KHALIFA: And remind, for the reminder benefits the believers.
৫৫। তুমি উপদেশ দান কর। নিশ্চয়ই উপদেশ মোমেনদের উপকারে আসে।
৫৬। জ্বিন ও মানুষদের আমি সৃষ্টি করেছি এজন্য যে, তারা শুধুমাত্র আমারই এবাদত করবে ৫০৩২।
৫০৩২। এই বিশ্ব ভূমন্ডলের সৃষ্টি আল্লাহ্র কোনও খেয়াল খুশীর বা খেলাধূলার প্রকাশ নয় [ ২১ : ১৬ ]। এই বিশাল বিশ্বভূবনের সৃষ্টির পিছনে আল্লাহ্র এক নির্দ্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্য বিদ্যমান। আমরা সাধারণ মানুষ। সেই বিশাল পরিকল্পনার এক ক্ষুদ্র অংশ। আমাদের সীমিত জ্ঞানের দ্বারা আমরা সেই পরিকল্পনার খুব ক্ষুদ্র অংশই অনুধাবনে সক্ষম। জ্বিন ও মানুষের সৃষ্টি আধ্যাত্মিক বিকাশের জন্য, আর এই আধ্যাত্মিক বিকাশের জন্য প্রয়োজন আল্লাহ্র একত্বের প্রতি বিশ্বাস ও তাঁর ইচ্ছার কাছে আত্মসমর্পন অর্থাৎ তাঁর এবাদত। তা হলেই আমরা আল্লাহ্র বিশাল পরিকল্পনার অংশ হিসেবে আমাদের উপরে অর্পিত দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য সুসম্পন্ন করতে সক্ষম হব। আল্লাহ্ সকল শক্তির উৎস, সকল কল্যাণের কেন্দ্র। আমাদের আধ্যাত্মিক বিকাশ আল্লাহ্র ইচ্ছার নিকট আত্মসমর্পনের উপরে নির্ভরশীল। আত্মিক বিকাশের মাধ্যমেই আল্লাহ্র ইচ্ছাকে পূরণ করা সম্ভব, তাঁর সেবা করার একমাত্র উপায়। এর দ্বারা আল্লাহ্র কোন লাভ নাই। লাভ যা তা বান্দার। দেখুন পরের দুই আয়াত।
আয়াতঃ 051.056
আমার এবাদত করার জন্যই আমি মানব ও জিন জাতি সৃষ্টি করেছি।
And I (Allâh) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone).
وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ
Wama khalaqtu aljinna waal-insa illa liyaAAbudooni
YUSUFALI: I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me.
PICKTHAL: I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me.
SHAKIR: And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me.
KHALIFA: I did not create the jinns and the humans except to worship Me alone.
৫৫। তুমি উপদেশ দান কর। নিশ্চয়ই উপদেশ মোমেনদের উপকারে আসে।
৫৬। জ্বিন ও মানুষদের আমি সৃষ্টি করেছি এজন্য যে, তারা শুধুমাত্র আমারই এবাদত করবে ৫০৩২।
