সূরা আহকাফ বাংলা

وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَوْ كَانَ خَيْرًا مَّا سَبَقُونَا إِلَيْهِ وَإِذْ لَمْ يَهْتَدُوا بِهِ فَسَيَقُولُونَ هَذَا إِفْكٌ قَدِيمٌ
Waqala allatheena kafaroo lillatheena amanoo law kana khayran ma sabaqoona ilayhi wa-ith lam yahtadoo bihi fasayaqooloona hatha ifkun qadeemun

YUSUFALI: The Unbelievers say of those who believe: “If (this Message) were a good thing, (such men) would not have gone to it first, before us!” And seeing that they guide not themselves thereby, they will say, “this is an (old,) falsehood!”
PICKTHAL: And those who disbelieve say of those who believe: If it had been (any) good, they would not have been before us in attaining it. And since they will not be guided by it, they say: This is an ancient lie;
SHAKIR: And those who disbelieve say concerning those who believe: If it had been a good, they would not have gone ahead of us therein. And as they do not seek to be rightly directed thereby, they say: It is an old lie.
KHALIFA: Those who disbelieved said about those who believed, “If it were anything good, they would not have accepted it before us.” Because they were not guided to it, they said, “This is an old fabrication!”

রুকু – ২

১১। অবিশ্বাসীরা বিশ্বাসীদের বলে, ” যদি [ এই ধর্ম ] ভালো হতো, তবে নিশ্চয় [ এই সকল সাধারণ লোকের] বহু পূর্বেই আমরা ইহার দিকে যেতাম ৪৭৮৫। ” এবং যখন তারা ইহা [ কুর-আন ] দ্বারা সৎপথে পরিচালিত হয় নাই, তখন তারা অবশ্য বলবে, ” ইহা তো এক পুরাতন মিথ্যা।”

৪৭৮৫। ইসলাম প্রচারের প্রথম দিকে যারা মক্কায় ইসলাম গ্রহণ করেছিলো তাদের অধিকাংশ ছিলেন গরীব, সুতারাং গর্বিত কোরাইশ নেতাগণ তাদের অসম্মানের সাথে ব্যবহার করতো। তাদের বক্তব্য ছিলো, যে যদি ইসলাম ধর্মে কোনও শ্রেষ্ঠত্বই থাকতো তবে তাদের মত নেতারাই সর্বাগ্রে তা দেখতে পেতো, ঐ গরীব সম্প্রদায় নয়। এবং তারাই সর্বাগ্রে তা গ্রহণ করতো, কারণ তারা জনসাধারণের নেতা। প্রকৃত সত্য হচ্ছে তারা ইসলামের মাঝে কোনও সৌন্দর্য বা শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব খুঁজে পাবে না, কারণ আধ্যাত্মিক অন্ধত্ব তাদের সমগ্র চেতনাকে গ্রাস করে ফেলেছে। অন্ধ অহংকার ও একগুয়েমি তাদের বিবেক ও বুদ্ধিকে আচ্ছন্ন করে রেখেছে। সুতারাং তাদের পক্ষে প্রকৃত সত্যের আলোকে উপলব্ধি করা সম্ভব নয়। অন্ধজনে যেরূপ আলোর সত্ত্বাকে উপলব্ধিতে অক্ষম, তারাও সেরূপ আধ্যাত্মিক অন্ধত্বের শীকার। যেহেতু ইসলাম, পূর্ববর্তী ধর্মগ্রন্থকে সত্যায়িত করে, সুতারাং এর ঐতিহাসিক ভিত্তি বর্তমান। কোরাইশরা যখন তা অস্বীকার করতে পারে না, তখন তারা একগুয়ে ভাবে বলে, ” ইহা তো এক পুরাতন মিথ্যা। “

আয়াতঃ 046.012

এর আগে মূসার কিতাব ছিল পথপ্রদর্শক ও রহমতস্বরূপ। আর এই কিতাব তার সমর্থক আরবী ভাষায়, যাতে যালেমদেরকে সতর্ক করে এবং সৎকর্মপরায়ণদেরকে সুসংবাদ দেয়।
And before this was the Scripture of Mûsa (Moses) as a guide and a mercy. And this is a confirming Book (the Qur’ân) in the Arabic language, to warn those who do wrong, and as glad tidings to the Muhsinûn (good-doers – see V.2:112).

وَمِن قَبْلِهِ كِتَابُ مُوسَى إِمَامًا وَرَحْمَةً وَهَذَا كِتَابٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِيًّا لِّيُنذِرَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا وَبُشْرَى لِلْمُحْسِنِينَ
Wamin qablihi kitabu moosa imaman warahmatan wahatha kitabun musaddiqun lisanan AAarabiyyan liyunthira allatheena thalamoo wabushra lilmuhsineena

YUSUFALI: And before this, was the Book of Moses as a guide and a mercy: And this Book confirms (it) in the Arabic tongue; to admonish the unjust, and as Glad Tidings to those who do right.
PICKTHAL: When before it there was the Scripture of Moses, an example and a mercy; and this is a confirming Scripture in the Arabic language, that it may warn those who do wrong and bring good tidings for the righteous.
SHAKIR: And before it the Book of Musa was a guide and a mercy: and this is a Book verifying (it) in the Arabic language that it may warn those who are unjust and as good news for the doers of good.
KHALIFA: Before this, the book of Moses provided guidance and mercy. This too is a scripture that confirms, in Arabic, to warn those who transgressed, and to give good news to the righteous.

১২। এর পূর্বে মুসার কিতাব ছিলো [ মানুষের জন্য ] পথপ্রদর্শক ও করুণা স্বরূপ। এবং এই কিতাব [কুর-আন ] ইহাকে সত্যায়িত করে, আরবী ভাষাতে ৪৭৮৬ ; অন্যায়কারীকে সাবধান করার জন্য ও ন্যায় কর্মশীলকে সুসংবাদ দান করার জন্য।
