সূরা নমল বাংলা

আয়াতঃ 027.014

তারা অন্যায় ও অহংকার করে নিদর্শনাবলীকে প্রত্যাখ্যান করল, যদিও তাদের অন্তর এগুলো সত্য বলে বিশ্বাস করেছিল। অতএব দেখুন, অনর্থকারীদের পরিণাম কেমন হয়েছিল?
And they belied them (those Ayât) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their ownselves were convinced thereof [i.e. those (Ayât) are from Allâh, and Mûsa (Moses) is the Messenger of Allâh in truth, but they disliked to obey Mûsa (Moses), and hated to believe in his Message of Monotheism]. So see what was the end of the Mufsidûn (disbelievers, disobedient to Allâh, evil-doers, liars.).

وَجَحَدُوا بِهَا وَاسْتَيْقَنَتْهَا أَنفُسُهُمْ ظُلْمًا وَعُلُوًّا فَانظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
Wajahadoo biha waistayqanat-ha anfusuhum thulman waAAuluwwan faonthur kayfa kana AAaqibatu almufsideena

YUSUFALI: And they rejected those Signs in iniquity and arrogance, though their souls were convinced thereof: so see what was the end of those who acted corruptly!
PICKTHAL: And they denied them, though their souls acknowledged them, for spite and arrogance. Then see the nature of the consequence for the wrong-doers!
SHAKIR: And they denied them unjustly and proudly while their soul had been convinced of them; consider, then how was the end of the mischief-makers.
KHALIFA: They rejected them and were utterly convinced of their wrong ways, due to their arrogance. Note the consequences for the evildoers.

১৪। এবং তারা সেই সব নিদর্শন অন্যায় উদ্ধত্যের সাথে প্রত্যাখান করেছিলো, যদিও তাদের অন্তরে বিশ্বাস জন্মেছিলো। সুতারাং যারা মিথ্যার বেসাতি করে, তাদের শেষ পরিণতি দেখো।

আয়াতঃ 027.015

আমি অবশ্যই দাউদ ও সুলায়মানকে জ্ঞান দান করেছিলাম। তাঁরা বলে ছিলেন, আল্লাহর প্রশংসা, যিনি আমাদেরকে তাঁর অনেক মুমিন বান্দার উপর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব দান করেছেন।
And indeed We gave knowledge to Dawûd (David) and Sulaimân (Solomon), and they both said: ”All the praises and thanks be to Allâh, Who has preferred us above many of His believing slaves!”

وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا دَاوُودَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ عِلْمًا وَقَالَا الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي فَضَّلَنَا عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِّنْ عِبَادِهِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Walaqad atayna dawooda wasulaymana AAilman waqala alhamdu lillahi allathee faddalana AAala katheerin min AAibadihi almu/mineena

YUSUFALI: We gave (in the past) knowledge to David and Solomon: And they both said: “Praise be to Allah, Who has favoured us above many of his servants who believe!”
PICKTHAL: And We verily gave knowledge unto David and Solomon, and they said: Praise be to Allah, Who hath preferred us above many of His believing slaves!
SHAKIR: And certainly We gave knowledge to Dawood and Sulaiman, and they both said: Praise be to Allah, Who has made us to excel many of His believing servants.
KHALIFA: We endowed David and Solomon with knowledge, and they said, “Praise GOD for blessing us more than many of His believing servants.”

রুকু – ২

১৫। [ অতীতে ] আমি দাউদ ও সুলায়মানকে জ্ঞান দান করেছিলাম ৩২৫২; এবং তারা উভয়েই বলেছিলো , “সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহ্‌র ; যিনি তার বিশ্বাসী বহু বান্দার উপরে আমাদের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব দিয়েছেন। ” ৩২৫৩

৩২৫২। দেখুন আয়াত [ ২১ : ৭৮ – ৮২ ]। আমরা সাধারণভাবে জ্ঞানীলোক বলতে তাদেরই বুঝাই যারা জাগতিক জ্ঞানে সমৃদ্ধ। জাগতিক জ্ঞান অর্থাৎ যে জ্ঞান পার্থিব সম্পদ অর্জনে সহায়ক। এ সব অর্থকরী জ্ঞানের উদাহরণ যেমন : বিজ্ঞানের জ্ঞান, প্রযুক্তির জ্ঞান , শিল্প সাহিত্যের জ্ঞান , মানবিক জ্ঞান ইত্যাদি। এ সব জ্ঞান আমাদের জীবনের মান উন্নয়নে সহায়ক। এ সব জ্ঞান ব্যতীত অন্য আর এক ধরণের জ্ঞানের উল্লেখ এই আয়াতে পরম করুণাময় আল্লাহ্‌ করেছেন। যে জ্ঞান শুধুমাত্র সেই সর্বশক্তিমান আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট থেকে আগত। যে ‘ জ্ঞান ‘ তিনি দাউদ নবী ও সুলাইমান কে দান করেন। এই ‘জ্ঞান ‘ হচ্ছে আল্লাহ্‌র হেদায়েতের জ্ঞান বা ‘মারেফতী’ জ্ঞান। যিনি এই জ্ঞান অর্জন করেছেন তিনি হন বিচক্ষণ , বিবেকবান, ও প্রজ্ঞা সম্পন্ন ব্যক্তি। তাদের এই জ্ঞানের প্রতিফলন ঘটে তাদের প্রতিদিনের জীবনে।

তারা বিচক্ষণতার সাথে সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণে তৎপর এবং তারা হবেন ন্যায়বান। জীবনের মহত্তর ও বৃহত্তর দিক অনুধাবনে তারা সক্ষম, এই পার্থিব জীবনের প্রকৃত উদ্দেশ্য তারা হৃদয়ঙ্গম করতে পারেন যা সাধারণ মানুষের পক্ষে এক অসাধারণ ঘটনা। দাউদ নবী ও হযরত সুলাইমান দুজনেই ছিলেন ধর্মভীরু , ন্যায়বান এবং আল্লাহ্‌র ইচ্ছার কাছে সমর্পিত বান্দা। তাই আল্লাহ্‌ তাদের অদৃশ্য জ্ঞানে সমৃদ্ধ করেন যে জ্ঞান জীবনকে বুঝতে ,জীবনের প্রকৃত উদ্দেশ্যকে অনুধাবন করতে, জীবনকে মহত্তর ও উচ্চতর দিকে পরিচালিত করতে সাহায্য করে। দাউদ ও সুলাইমানের মাধ্যমে আল্লাহ্‌ আমাদের অনুধাবন করতে বলেছেন যে, যারা পূত ও পবিত্র জীবন যাপন করবে, অন্যায় অসত্য থেকে দূরে থাকবে , জীবনের সকল ইচ্ছাকে সেই সর্বশক্তিমানের ইচ্ছার কাছে সমর্পন করবে আল্লাহ্‌ তাদের অদৃশ্য জ্ঞানে সমৃদ্ধ করবেন। বড় বড় ওলি ও আওলিয়ারা এই জ্ঞানে ধন্য হন।
