মন্তব্যঃ যারা পীর নামধারী ভন্ডদের শরণাপন্ন হয় তাদের মানসিকতা এই শ্রেণীভুক্ত।

আয়াতঃ 026.188

শো’আয়ব বললেন, তোমরা যা কর, সে সম্পর্কে আমার পালনকর্তা ভালরূপে অবহিত।
He said: “My Lord knows best what ye do.”

قَالَ رَبِّي أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
Qala rabbee aAAlamu bima taAAmaloona

YUSUFALI: He said: “My Lord knows best what ye do.”
PICKTHAL: He said: My Lord is Best Aware of what ye do.
SHAKIR: He said: My Lord knows best what you do.
KHALIFA: He said, “My Lord is the One who knows everything you do.”

১৮৮। সে বলেছিলো, ” আমার প্রভু সব চেয়ে ভালো জানেন তোমরা যা কর।” ৩২১৯

৩২১৯। সুয়েব নবীকে মিথ্যাবাদী প্রতিপন্ন করার জন্য যারা একখন্ড আকাশ ফেলে দিয়ে নবীত্বের প্রমাণের জন্য নবীকে প্রতিদ্বন্দীতায় আহ্বান করেছিলো তারা তা করেছিলো নিজেদের মিথ্যা বাহাদুরী প্রদর্শনের উদ্দেশ্যে। তাদের এই অপমানজনক উক্তির প্রতুত্তরে সুয়েব নবী কোনওরূপ উষ্মা প্রকাশ করেন নাই। তাঁর উত্তর ছিলো, ” তোমাদের কর্মপ্রণালী সম্বন্ধে আল্লাহ্‌ সম্যক অবগত। তিনি সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ বিচারক। এর বেশী আমি আর কি বলতে পারি ? ” শেষ পর্যন্ত আল্লাহ্‌ তাদের শাস্তি দান করেন।

আয়াতঃ 026.189

অতঃপর তারা তাঁকে মিথ্যাবাদী বলে দিল। ফলে তাদেরকে মেঘাচ্ছন্ন দিবসের আযাব পাকড়াও করল। নিশ্চয় সেটা ছিল এক মহাদিবসের আযাব।
But they rejected him. Then the punishment of a day of overshadowing gloom seized them, and that was the Penalty of a Great Day.

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمِ الظُّلَّةِ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
Fakaththaboohu faakhathahum AAathabu yawmi alththullati innahu kana AAathaba yawmin AAatheemin

YUSUFALI: But they rejected him. Then the punishment of a day of overshadowing gloom seized them, and that was the Penalty of a Great Day.
PICKTHAL: But they denied him, so there came on them the retribution of the day of gloom. Lo! it was the retribution of an awful day.
SHAKIR: But they called him a liar, so the punishment of the day of covering overtook them; surely it was the punishment of a grievous day.
KHALIFA: They disbelieved him and, consequently, they incurred the retribution of the Day of the Canopy. It was the retribution of an awesome day.

১৮৯। কিন্তু তারা তাঁকে প্রত্যাখান করেছিলো। ফলে, তাদের অন্ধকারচ্ছন্ন দিবসের শাস্তি গ্রাস করলো ৩২২০। ইহা তো ছিলো এক ভীষণ দিবসের শাস্তি ৩২২১।

৩২২০। “অন্ধকারচ্ছন্ন দিবসের শাস্তি ” – বর্ণনাটি সম্ভবতঃ ছিলো অগ্নুৎপাতের বর্ণনা। সমস্ত আকাশ ছাই ও অঙ্গার দ্বারা আচ্ছাদিত হয়ে সূর্যকে ঢেকে দেয়। ফলে সূর্যের আলোবিহীন দিনকে মেঘাচ্ছন্ন অন্ধকার দিন বলে ভ্রম হতে থাকে। যদি আয়কাবাসী ও মাদইয়ান সম্প্রদায় একই হয়ে থাকে তবে ভয়াবহ অগ্নুৎপাতের সাথে প্রচন্ড ভূমিকম্পও সংঘটিত হয়। দেখুন আয়াত [ ৭ : ৯১ ] এবং টিকা ১০৬৩।

৩২২১। “ভীষন দিবসের শাস্তি ” – এই লাইনটির মাধ্যমে দিনটির ভয়াবহতা তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। আগ্নেয়গিরির অগ্নুৎপাত, ফুটন্ত লাভার স্রোত মাটিকে আচ্ছাদিত করে ফেলেছে , সূর্য আড়াল হয়ে গেছে ছাই ও অংগারে , প্রচন্ড নিনাদে মাটি থর থর করে কাঁপছে সে এক মহা দুর্যোগের দিন। যারা সেখানের অধিবাসী ছিলো, তারা মৃত্যুর পূর্বে প্রকৃতির এই রুদ্ররোষে ভয়ে আতঙ্কে দিশাহারা হয়ে যায়।

আয়াতঃ 026.190

নিশ্চয় এতে নিদর্শন রয়েছে; কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই বিশ্বাস করে না।
Verily in that is a Sign: but most of them do not believe.

إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Inna fee thalika laayatan wama kana aktharuhum mu/mineena

YUSUFALI: Verily in that is a Sign: but most of them do not believe.
PICKTHAL: Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers.
SHAKIR: Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe.
KHALIFA: This should be a lesson, but most people are not believers.

১৯০। নিশ্চয়ই এতে রয়েছে নিদর্শন। কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই তা বিশ্বাস করে না।

১৯১। নিশ্চয়ই তোমার প্রভু শক্তিতে পরাক্রমশালী , পরম করুণাময় ৩২২২।

৩২২২। দেখুন আয়াত [ ২৬ : ১২১ – ১২২] এবং টিকা ৩১৯৩।

আয়াতঃ 026.191

নিশ্চয় আপনার পালনকর্তা প্রবল পরাক্রমশালী, পরম দয়ালু।
And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
Wa-inna rabbaka lahuwa alAAazeezu alrraheemu

YUSUFALI: And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.
PICKTHAL: And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful.
SHAKIR: And most surely your Lord is Mighty, the Merciful.
KHALIFA: Most assuredly, your Lord is the Almighty, Most Merciful.
