আয়াতঃ 026.152
যারা পৃথিবীতে অনর্থ সৃষ্টি করে এবং শান্তি স্থাপন করে না;
“Who make mischief in the land, and mend not (their ways).”
الَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
Allatheena yufsidoona fee al-ardi wala yuslihoona
YUSUFALI: “Who make mischief in the land, and mend not (their ways).”
PICKTHAL: Who spread corruption in the earth, and reform not.
SHAKIR: Who make mischief in the land and do not act aright.
KHALIFA: “Who commit evil, not good works.”
১৫২। ” তারা পৃথিবীতে অশান্তি সৃষ্টি করে এবং [ তাদের পথ ] সংশোধন করে না।”
১৫৩। তারা বলেছিলো, ” তুমি তো যাদুগ্রস্থদের অন্যতম ! ৩২০৬
৩২০৬। সামুদ জাতিরা তাদের নবীকে মনে করেছিলো পাগল, এবং সে জন্যেই তারা উপরের উক্তি করে।
উপদেশ : স্বেচ্ছাচারীতা আত্মার মাঝে অন্ধত্বের জন্ম দেয়। ফলে সত্য ও ন্যায়কে অনুধাবন ক্ষমতা আত্মার মাঝে অনুপস্থিত হয়ে যায়, যেরূপ হয়েছিলো সামুদ জাতির। তারা তাদের নবীর চরিত্রের মহত্তর ও পবিত্র রূপকে অনুধাবনে অক্ষম হয়েছিলো।
আয়াতঃ 026.153
তারা বলল, তুমি তো জাদুগ্রস্থুরেদ একজন।
They said: “Thou art only one of those bewitched!
قَالُوا إِنَّمَا أَنتَ مِنَ الْمُسَحَّرِينَ
Qaloo innama anta mina almusahhareena
YUSUFALI: They said: “Thou art only one of those bewitched!
PICKTHAL: They said: Thou art but one of the bewitched;
SHAKIR: They said: You are only of the deluded ones;
KHALIFA: They said, “You are bewitched.
১৫২। ” তারা পৃথিবীতে অশান্তি সৃষ্টি করে এবং [ তাদের পথ ] সংশোধন করে না।”
১৫৩। তারা বলেছিলো, ” তুমি তো যাদুগ্রস্থদের অন্যতম ! ৩২০৬
৩২০৬। সামুদ জাতিরা তাদের নবীকে মনে করেছিলো পাগল, এবং সে জন্যেই তারা উপরের উক্তি করে।
উপদেশ : স্বেচ্ছাচারীতা আত্মার মাঝে অন্ধত্বের জন্ম দেয়। ফলে সত্য ও ন্যায়কে অনুধাবন ক্ষমতা আত্মার মাঝে অনুপস্থিত হয়ে যায়, যেরূপ হয়েছিলো সামুদ জাতির। তারা তাদের নবীর চরিত্রের মহত্তর ও পবিত্র রূপকে অনুধাবনে অক্ষম হয়েছিলো।
আয়াতঃ 026.154
তুমি তো আমাদের মতই একজন মানুষ বৈ নও। সুতরাং যদি তুমি সত্যবাদী হও, তবে কোন নিদর্শন উপস্থিত কর।
“Thou art no more than a mortal like us: then bring us a Sign, if thou tellest the truth!”
مَا أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا فَأْتِ بِآيَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ
Ma anta illa basharun mithluna fa/ti bi-ayatin in kunta mina alssadiqeena
YUSUFALI: “Thou art no more than a mortal like us: then bring us a Sign, if thou tellest the truth!”
PICKTHAL: Thou art but a mortal like us. So bring some token if thou art of the truthful.
SHAKIR: You are naught but a mortal like ourselves; so bring a sign if you are one of the truthful.
KHALIFA: “You are no more than a human like us. Produce a miracle, if you are truthful.”
১৫৪। ” তুমি তো আমাদের মত একজন মরণশীল [মানুষ ] ব্যতীত অন্য কিছু নও। কাজেই যদি তুমি সত্যবাদী হও তবে, একটি নিদর্শন উপস্থিত কর।”
১৫৫। সে বলেছিলো, ” এই একটি উষ্ট্রী। তার পানি পানের নির্ধারিত দিনে অধিকার আছে, এবং তোমাদের [পশুদের] পানি পান করানোর [ পৃথক] নির্ধারিত দিনে অধিকার আছে ৩২০৭।
৩২০৭। উষ্ট্রী সম্পর্কে দেখুন টিকা ১০৪৪ ও আয়াত [ ৭ : ৭৩ ]। এই উষ্ট্রীটি ছিলো সামুদ জাতির জন্য পরীক্ষা স্বরূপ। তারা কি উষ্ট্রীটির চারণ ও তৃষ্ণার পানি সম্বন্ধে যত্নবান হবে?

সালেহ বললেন এই উষ্ট্রী, এর জন্যে আছে পানি পানের পালা এবং তোমাদের জন্যে আছে পানি পানের পালা নির্দিষ্ট এক-এক দিনের।
He said: “Here is a she-camel: she has a right of watering, and ye have a right of watering, (severally) on a day appointed.
قَالَ هَذِهِ نَاقَةٌ لَّهَا شِرْبٌ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ
Qala hathihi naqatun laha shirbun walakum shirbu yawmin maAAloomin
YUSUFALI: He said: “Here is a she-camel: she has a right of watering, and ye have a right of watering, (severally) on a day appointed.
PICKTHAL: He said: (Behold) this she-camel. She hath the right to drink (at the well), and ye have the right to drink, (each) on an appointed day.
SHAKIR: He said: This is a she-camel; she shall have her portion of water, and you have your portion of water on an appointed time;
KHALIFA: He said, “Here is a camel that will drink only on a day that is assigned to her; a day that is different from your specified days of drinking.
১৫৪। ” তুমি তো আমাদের মত একজন মরণশীল [মানুষ ] ব্যতীত অন্য কিছু নও। কাজেই যদি তুমি সত্যবাদী হও তবে, একটি নিদর্শন উপস্থিত কর।”
