সূরা মারইয়াম বাংলা

আয়াতঃ 019.023

প্রসব বেদনা তাঁকে এক খেজুর বৃক্ষ-মূলে আশ্রয় নিতে বাধ্য করল। তিনি বললেনঃ হায়, আমি যদি কোনরূপে এর পূর্বে মরে যেতাম এবং মানুষের স্মৃতি থেকে বিলুপ্ত হয়ে, যেতাম!
And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a date-palm. She said: ”Would that I had died before this, and had been forgotten and out of sight!”

فَأَجَاءهَا الْمَخَاضُ إِلَى جِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ قَالَتْ يَا لَيْتَنِي مِتُّ قَبْلَ هَذَا وَكُنتُ نَسْيًا مَّنسِيًّا
Faajaaha almakhadu ila jithAAi alnnakhlati qalat ya laytanee mittu qabla hatha wakuntu nasyan mansiyyan
YUSUFALI: And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm-tree: She cried (in her anguish): “Ah! would that I had died before this! would that I had been a thing forgotten and out of sight!”
PICKTHAL: And the pangs of childbirth drove her unto the trunk of the palm-tree. She said: Oh, would that I had died ere this and had become a thing of naught, forgotten!
SHAKIR: And the throes (of childbirth) compelled her to betake herself to the trunk of a palm tree. She said: Oh, would that I had died before this, and had been a thing quite forgotten!
KHALIFA: The birth process came to her by the trunk of a palm tree. She said, “(I am so ashamed;) I wish I were dead before this happened, and completely forgotten.”

২৩। প্রসব বেদনা তাকে এক খেজুর গাছের তলায় আশ্রয় নিতে বাধ্য করলো। [ তীব্র দৈহিক যাতনায় ] সে কেঁদে বলেছিলো, ” হায়! এর আগে যদি আমি মরে যেতাম ! তবে লোকের স্মৃতি থেকে সম্পূর্ণ বিলুপ্ত হতাম ” ২৪৭৬।

২৪৭৬। প্রসব বেদনার তীব্রতায় মেরী উপরের উক্তি করেন। সব কিছুর উর্দ্ধে মেরীও ছিলেন মানুষ। মানুষের শারীরিক যন্ত্রনাও তাঁকে ভোগ করতে হয়। পরিবেশটি ছিলো বৈশিষ্ট্যপূর্ণ। আত্মীয়-স্বজন থেকে সূদূর বেথেলহামে প্রসব বেদনায় তীব্র যন্ত্রণাতে কুমারী মাতা ছ্টফট করছেন সম্পূর্ণ একা।

আয়াতঃ 019.024

অতঃপর ফেরেশতা তাকে নিম্নদিক থেকে আওয়ায দিলেন যে, তুমি দুঃখ করো না। তোমার পালনকর্তা তোমার পায়ের তলায় একটি নহর জারি করেছেন।
Then [the babe ’Iesa (Jesus) or Jibrael (Gabriel)] cried unto her from below her, saying: ”Grieve not! Your Lord has provided a water stream under you;

فَنَادَاهَا مِن تَحْتِهَا أَلَّا تَحْزَنِي قَدْ جَعَلَ رَبُّكِ تَحْتَكِ سَرِيًّا
Fanadaha min tahtiha alla tahzanee qad jaAAala rabbuki tahtaki sariyyan

YUSUFALI: But (a voice) cried to her from beneath the (palm-tree): “Grieve not! for thy Lord hath provided a rivulet beneath thee;
PICKTHAL: Then (one) cried unto her from below her, saying: Grieve not! Thy Lord hath placed a rivulet beneath thee,
SHAKIR: Then (the child) called out to her from beneath her: Grieve not, surely your Lord has made a stream to flow beneath you;
KHALIFA: (The infant) called her from beneath her, saying, “Do not grieve. Your Lord has provided you with a stream.

২৪। কিন্তু [ একটি স্বর ] তাকে [ খেজুর গাছের ] নীচ থেকে আহ্বান করে বললো, ” দুঃখ করো না! তোমার প্রভু তোমার [ পিপাসা নিবারণের ] জন্য নীচে একটি ছোট্ট নদী সৃষ্টি করেছেন ; –

২৫। ” এবং খেজুর গাছের কান্ডকে তোমার দিকে নাড়া দাও ; উহা তোমার জন্য তাজা পাকা খেজুর পতিত করবে। ২৪৭৭

২৪৭৭। দয়াময় আল্লাহ্‌র অদৃশ্য করুণার ধারা মেরীর জন্য খাদ্য ও পানীয়ের সুবন্দোবস্ত করেন। পানীয়ের জন্য আল্লাহ্‌ মেরীর জন্য ক্ষুদ্র নদীর সৃষ্টি করেন যাতে তিনি নিজেকে ধৌত করতে পারবেন।

আয়াতঃ 019.025

আর তুমি নিজের দিকে খেজুর গাছের কান্ডে নাড়া দাও, তা থেকে তোমার উপর সুপক্ক খেজুর পতিত হবে।
”And shake the trunk of date-palm towards you, it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you.”

وَهُزِّي إِلَيْكِ بِجِذْعِ النَّخْلَةِ تُسَاقِطْ عَلَيْكِ رُطَبًا جَنِيًّا
Wahuzzee ilayki bijithAAi alnnakhlati tusaqit AAalayki rutaban janiyyan

YUSUFALI: “And shake towards thyself the trunk of the palm-tree: It will let fall fresh ripe dates upon thee.
PICKTHAL: And shake the trunk of the palm-tree toward thee, thou wilt cause ripe dates to fall upon thee.
SHAKIR: And shake towards you the trunk of the palmtree, it will drop on you fresh ripe dates:
KHALIFA: “If you shake the trunk of this palm tree, it will drop ripe dates for you.

২৪। কিন্তু [ একটি স্বর ] তাকে [ খেজুর গাছের ] নীচ থেকে আহ্বান করে বললো, ” দুঃখ করো না! তোমার প্রভু তোমার [ পিপাসা নিবারণের ] জন্য নীচে একটি ছোট্ট নদী সৃষ্টি করেছেন ; –
