আয়াতঃ 059.017

অতঃপর উভয়ের পরিণতি হবে এই যে, তারা জাহান্নামে যাবে এবং চিরকাল তথায় বসবাস করবে। এটাই জালেমদের শাস্তি।
So the end of both will be that they will be in the Fire, abiding therein. Such is the recompense of the Zâlimûn (i.e. polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers in Allâh and in His Oneness, etc.).

فَكَانَ عَاقِبَتَهُمَا أَنَّهُمَا فِي النَّارِ خَالِدَيْنِ فِيهَا وَذَلِكَ جَزَاء الظَّالِمِينَ
Fakana AAaqibatahuma annahuma fee alnnari khalidayni feeha wathalika jazao alththalimeena

YUSUFALI: The end of both will be that they will go into the Fire, dwelling therein for ever. Such is the reward of the wrong-doers.
PICKTHAL: And the consequence for both will be that they are in the Fire, therein abiding. Such is the reward of evil-doers.
SHAKIR: Therefore the end of both of them is that they are both in the fire to abide therein, and that is the reward of the unjust.
KHALIFA: The destiny for both of them is the Hellfire, wherein they abide forever. This is the requital for the transgressors.

১৭। ফলে উভয়ের পরিণাম হবে জাহান্নাম। সেথায় তারা স্থায়ী হবে। পাপীদের পুরষ্কার হবে এরূপই।

আয়াতঃ 059.018

মুমিনগণ, তোমরা আল্লাহ তা’আলাকে ভয় কর। প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তির উচিত, আগামী কালের জন্যে সে কি প্রেরণ করে, তা চিন্তা করা। আল্লাহ তা’আলাকে ভয় করতে থাক। তোমরা যা কর, আল্লাহ তা’আলা সে সম্পর্কে খবর রাখেন।
O you who believe! Fear Allâh and keep your duty to Him. And let every person look to what he has sent forth for the morrow, and fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is All-Aware of what you do .

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَلْتَنظُرْ نَفْسٌ مَّا قَدَّمَتْ لِغَدٍ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo ittaqoo Allaha waltanthur nafsun ma qaddamat lighadin waittaqoo Allaha inna Allaha khabeerun bima taAAmaloona

YUSUFALI: O ye who believe! Fear Allah, and let every soul look to what (provision) He has sent forth for the morrow. Yea, fear Allah: for Allah is well-acquainted with (all) that ye do.
PICKTHAL: O ye who believe! Observe your duty to Allah. And let every soul look to that which it sendeth on before for the morrow. And observe your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Informed of what ye do.
SHAKIR: O you who believe! be careful of (your duty to) Allah, and let every soul consider what it has sent on for the morrow, and be careful of (your duty to) Allah; surely Allah is Aware of what you do.
KHALIFA: O you who believe, you shall reverence GOD, and let every soul examine what it has sent ahead for tomorrow. You shall reverence GOD; GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do.

১৮। হে মুমিনগণ ! আল্লাহ্‌কে ভয় কর ৫৩৯৪, এবং প্রতিটি আত্মা ভেবে দেখুক, আগামী দিনের জন্য কি [ সম্বল ] সে অগ্রিম পাঠিয়েছে ৫৩৯৫। হ্যাঁ, আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। তোমরা যা কিছু কর, আল্লাহ্‌ সে সম্বন্ধে সম্পূর্ণ অবগত আছেন।

৫৩৯৪। ” আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। ” এই ভয় করার অর্থ আল্লাহ্‌র ভালোবাসা হারাবার ভয়ে ভয় করা। যার অর্থ হচ্ছে আল্লাহ্‌র ভালোবাসা হারাবার ভয়ে আল্লাহ্‌ যা নিষেধ করেছেন তা থেকে দূরে থাকা, যা করতে হুকুম দিয়েছেন তা আন্তরিক ও বিশ্বস্ততার সাথে পালন করতে চেষ্টা করা। এই হচ্ছে ‘তাকওয়া’ বা আল্লাহ্‌ ভীতি যার অর্থ আত্ম সংযম, নিজেকে সকল পাপ, অন্যায়, মন্দ থেকে বিরত রাখা, ভালো কাজে আল্লাহ্‌র সন্তুষ্টির জন্য আত্মনিয়োগ করা। দেখুন সূরা [ ২ : ২ ] আয়াত ও টিকা নং ২৬।

৫৩৯৫। এই আয়াতে ‘তাকওয়ার’ প্রকৃত অর্থের প্রতি গুরুত্ব আরোপ করা হয়েছে। আল্লাহ্‌র ভীতি বা তাকওয়া শুধুমাত্র তত্বীয় নয় কর্মের মাধ্যমে আল্লাহ্‌র প্রতি ভালোবাসা প্রকাশ করার জন্য এই আয়াতে নির্দ্দেশ দান করা হয়েছে বলা হয়েছে, “প্রতিটি আত্মা ভেবে দেখুন আগামী দিনের জন্য সে কি অগ্রিম পাঠিয়েছে।” আগামী দিনের এই প্রস্তুতি অর্থাৎ পরলোকের প্রস্তুতি শুধুমাত্র মৌখিক বা আবেগ স্বর্বস্ব নয় -এই প্রস্তুতির ভিত্তি হতে হবে সৎকর্ম যা হবে শুধুমাত্র আল্লাহ্‌র সন্তুষ্টির জন্য নিবেদিত,আত্মার মুক্তির জন্য, পরলোকে আল্লাহ্‌র সান্নিধ্য লাভের আশায়। পরলোকের জীবনকেই এখানে, ” আগামী দিনের ” জীবন এই উপমার মাধ্যমে বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে। আগামী দিন বা ভবিষ্যতের এই জীবনকে ইহলোকের বা পৃথিবীর জীবনের পটভূমিতে তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। “তোমরা যা কিছু কর ” -তারই পটভূমিতে পরলোকের জীবনের মুক্তি, সুখ ও শান্তি নির্ধারিত হবে। আল্লাহ্‌ মানুষের কর্মের নিয়ত সম্বন্ধে সম্যক অবহিত। এই বিশ্ব ভূবনে প্রতিটি কর্মেরই পরিণতি বিদ্যমান। এই হচ্ছে আল্লাহ্‌র বিধান।
