সূরা সাবা বাংলা

উপদেশ : মানুষের লোভ ও স্বার্থপরতা কখনও প্রকৃত সুখের সন্ধান দিতে পারে না। আল্লাহ্‌র করুণা ও অনুগ্রহ-ই হচ্ছে প্রকৃত সুখ ও সমৃদ্ধির ঠিকানা। আল্লাহ্‌র অনুগ্রহ সকলের সাথে অংশীদারিত্বে বৃদ্ধি পায়; সম্পদে , প্রাচুর্যে উপচে পড়ে। কিন্তু স্বার্থপরতা ও লোভ যদি প্রকট আকার ধারণ করে এবং একাই সব ভোগ করতে চায়, তবে সে শয়তানের ফাঁদে আটকে পড়ে। চরিত্রের নৈতিক গুণাবলীই ব্যক্তি বা জাতিকে আল্লাহ্‌র অনুগ্রহের যোগ্য করে তোলে।

অনুবাদকের মন্তব্য : এ সব কারণেই খৃষ্টান হওয়া সত্বেও পাশ্চাত্যে সমাজ আজ উন্নতির শিখরে।

আয়াতঃ 034.020

আর তাদের উপর ইবলীস তার অনুমান সত্য হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করল। ফলে তাদের মধ্যে মুমিনদের একটি দল ব্যতীত সকলেই তার পথ অনুসরণ করল।
And indeed Iblîs (Satan) did prove true his thought about them, and they followed him, all except a group of true believers (in the Oneness of Allâh).

وَلَقَدْ صَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ إِبْلِيسُ ظَنَّهُ فَاتَّبَعُوهُ إِلَّا فَرِيقًا مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
Walaqad saddaqa AAalayhim ibleesu thannahu faittabaAAoohu illa fareeqan mina almu/mineena

YUSUFALI: And on them did Satan prove true his idea, and they followed him, all but a party that believed.
PICKTHAL: And Satan indeed found his calculation true concerning them, for they follow him, all save a group of true believers. SHAKIR: And certainly the Shaitan found true his conjecture concerning them, so they follow him, except a party of the believers.
KHALIFA: Satan found them readily fulfilling his expectations. They followed him, except a few believers.

২০। এবং তাদের সম্বন্ধে শয়তান তার ধারণা সত্য প্রমাণ করলো ৩৮২০, এবং বিশ্বাসীদের একদল ব্যতীত তারা সকলেই শয়তানের অনুসরণ করেছিল।

৩৮২০। দেখুন আয়াত [ ১৭ : ৬২ ]। যেখানে উদ্ধত শয়তান বলেছিলো, ” যদি আপনি আমাকে কেয়ামত পর্যন্ত সময় দেন , তবে আমি সামান্য সংখ্যক ছাড়া তার [ আদম ] বংশধরদেরকে সমূলে নষ্ট করে দেব।” শয়তানের এই উক্তিটি সাবাবাসীদের জন্য সত্য হয়েছিলো। শয়তান মানুষকে জোর করে কিছু করাতে অক্ষম। মানুষের “সীমিত স্বাধীন ইচ্ছা শক্তি ” যখন ভালোকে প্রত্যাখান করে মন্দকে গ্রহণ করে থাকে তখনই তারা শয়তানের ক্ষমতার অধীনে চলে যায়।

আয়াতঃ 034.021

তাদের উপর শয়তানের কোন ক্ষমতা ছিল না, তবে কে পরকালে বিশ্বাস করে এবং কে তাতে সন্দেহ করে, তা প্রকাশ করাই ছিল আমার উদ্দেশ্য। আপনার পালনকর্তা সব বিষয়ে তত্ত্বাবধায়ক।
And he (Iblîs ­ Satan) had no authority over them, except that We might test him, who believes in the Hereafter from him who is in doubt about it. And your Lord is a Hafiz over everything. (All­Knower of everything i.e. He keeps record of each and every person as regards deeds, and then He will reward them accordingly).

وَمَا كَانَ لَهُ عَلَيْهِم مِّن سُلْطَانٍ إِلَّا لِنَعْلَمَ مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِالْآخِرَةِ مِمَّنْ هُوَ مِنْهَا فِي شَكٍّ وَرَبُّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ حَفِيظٌ
Wama kana lahu AAalayhim min sultanin illa linaAAlama man yu/minu bial-akhirati mimman huwa minha fee shakkin warabbuka AAala kulli shay-in hafeethun

YUSUFALI: But he had no authority over them,- except that We might test the man who believes in the Hereafter from him who is in doubt concerning it: and thy Lord doth watch over all things.
PICKTHAL: And he had no warrant whatsoever against them, save that We would know him who believeth in the Hereafter from him who is in doubt thereof; and thy Lord (O Muhammad) taketh note of all things.
SHAKIR: And he has no authority over them, but that We may distinguish him who believes in the hereafter from him who is in doubt concerning it; and your Lord is the Preserver of all things
KHALIFA: He never had any power over them. But we thus distinguish those who believe in the Hereafter from those who are doubtful about it. Your Lord is in full control of all things.

২১। তাদের উপরে তার [শয়তানের] কোন কর্তৃত্ব ছিলো না। কারা পরলোকে বিশ্বাসী এবং কারা খারাপ সন্দিহান তা প্রকাশ করে দেয়াই ছিলো আমার উদ্দেশ্য। এবং তোমার প্রভু সমস্ত জিনিসের উপরে নজর রাখেন। ৩৮২১

৩৮২১। “কারা পরলোকে বিশ্বাসী এবং কারা খারাপ সন্দিহান তা প্রকাশ করে দেওয়াই ছিলো আমার উদ্দেশ্য।” এখানে প্রশ্ন আসতে পারে আল্লাহ্‌ তো সর্বজ্ঞ ‘ প্রকাশ করে তাঁর লাভ কি ? আত্মসমালোচনা দ্বারা আমাদের ইচ্ছাশক্তিকে আমরা যেনো প্রশিক্ষিত করতে পারি সে কারণেই আল্লাহ্‌ আমাদের দৃষ্টান্তের মাধ্যমে এই শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন। আমরা যেনো সুনির্দ্দিষ্ট ভাবে নিজেকে এই প্রশ্ন করি, ” তুমি কি শুধু আল্লাহকেই আরাধনা করবে না আল্লাহ্‌ ব্যতীত অন্য কিছুর এবাদত করবে ? ” দেখুন [ ৩ : ১৫৪ ] আয়াতের টিকা নং ৪৬৭। মানুষের আত্মশুদ্ধির জন্য এই ব্যবস্থা।
