সূরা রুম বাংলা

আয়াতঃ 030.035

আমি কি তাদের কাছে এমন কোন দলীল নাযিল করেছি, যে তাদেরকে আমার শরীক করতে বলে?
Or have We revealed to them a Scripture, which speaks of that which they have been associating with Him?

أَمْ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانًا فَهُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِمَا كَانُوا بِهِ يُشْرِكُونَ
Am anzalna AAalayhim sultanan fahuwa yatakallamu bima kanoo bihi yushrikoona

YUSUFALI: Or have We sent down authority to them, which points out to them the things to which they pay part-worship?
PICKTHAL: Or have We revealed unto them any warrant which speaketh of that which they associate with Him?
SHAKIR: Or, have We sent down upon them an authority so that it speaks of that which they associate with Him?
KHALIFA: Have we given them authorization that justifies their idolatry?

৩৫। আমি কি উহাদের নিকট এমন কোন দলিল অবতীর্ণ করেছি যা ওদের শরীক করতে বলে ? ৩৫৪৭

৩৫৪৭। যারা আল্লাহ্‌র সাথে অংশীদার করে তাদের মনগড়া উপাস্য বা ধনদৌলতের অধিদেবতার উপাসনা করে , তাদের ব্যবহারে মনে হয় তারা যেনো এ কাজ করার জন্য আল্লাহ্‌র তরফ থেকে অনুমতি লাভ করেছে। যদিও তারা এ কাজে আত্মতৃপ্তি লাভ করে থাকে, তবুও সম্পূর্ণ ব্যাপারটি তাদের একান্তই মনগড়া।

আয়াতঃ 030.036

আর যখন আমি মানুষকে রহমতের স্বাদ আস্বাদন করাই, তারা তাতে আনন্দিত হয় এবং তাদের কৃতকর্মের ফলে যদি তাদেরকে কোন দুদর্শা পায়, তবে তারা হতাশ হয়ে পড়ে।
And when We cause mankind to taste of mercy, they rejoice therein, but when some evil afflicts them because of (evil deeds and sins) that their (own) hands have sent forth, lo! They are in despair!

وَإِذَا أَذَقْنَا النَّاسَ رَحْمَةً فَرِحُوا بِهَا وَإِن تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ إِذَا هُمْ يَقْنَطُونَ
Waitha athaqna alnnasa rahmatan farihoo biha wa-in tusibhum sayyi-atun bima qaddamat aydeehim itha hum yaqnatoona

YUSUFALI: When We give men a taste of Mercy, they exult thereat: and when some evil afflicts them because of what their (own) hands have sent forth, behold, they are in despair!
PICKTHAL: And when We cause mankind to taste of mercy they rejoice therein; but if an evil thing befall them as the consequence of their own deeds, lo! they are in despair!
SHAKIR: And when We make people taste of mercy they rejoice in it, and if an evil befall them for what their hands have already wrought, lo! they are in despair.
KHALIFA: When we bestow mercy upon the people, they rejoice therein. But when adversity befalls them, as a consequence of their own works, they become despondent.

৩৬। যখন আমি মানুষকে অনুগ্রহের আস্বাদ দেই ওরা উল্লাসিত হয়ে ওঠে ৩৫৪৮। কিন্তু ওদের কৃতকর্মের ফলে যদি বিপদে কষ্ট পায় , দেখো, তারা হতাশ হয়ে পড়ে।

৩৫৪৮। আয়াত [৩০ : ৩৩ ] এ বলা হয়েছে দুঃখ-দুর্দ্দশায় এবং সুখ ও প্রাচুর্যে মানুষের আল্লাহ্‌র প্রতি অযৌক্তিক আচরণ সম্বন্ধে। দুঃখের অমানিশা যখন তাদের আচ্ছন্ন করে ফেলে, তারা সর্বান্তঃকরণে আল্লাহ্‌র সাহায্য কামনা করে , কিন্তু বিপদের কালো মেঘ সরে গেলে সুখের দিনে তারা আল্লাহ্‌কে ভুলে অন্য জিনিষের এবাদত করে। এই আয়াতে এই দুধরণের অবস্থায় মানুষের চিন্তাধারার মনঃস্তাত্বিক বিশ্লেষণ করা হয়েছে। সুখের দিনে, প্রাচুর্যের দিনে মানুষ অহংকারে স্ফীত হয়ে গর্বে ঊল্লসিত হয়ে পড়ে, কিন্তু অপরপক্ষে দুঃখ-বিপদে সে হতাশ হয়ে পড়ে। এই দুধরণের মানসিকতাই নিন্দনীয়। প্রাচুর্যের দিনে তার মনে রাখা উচিত যে এ জন্য গর্ব করার কিছুই নাই। এ সকলই আল্লাহ্‌র বিশেষ অনুগ্রহ যা তাকে দান করা হয়েছে। এখানে তার নিজস্ব কোনও কৃতিত্ব নাই। অপর পক্ষে মানুষের দুঃখ দুর্দ্দশা, তার কৃতকর্মেরই ফল, এ কথা অধিকাংশ লোকই ভুলে যেয়ে হতাশগ্রস্থ হয়ে পড়ে। এরূপ ক্ষেত্রে তাদের উচিত বিনয়ের সাথে, ধৈর্যের সাথে আল্লাহ্‌র সাহায্য কামনা করা যেনো তারা সেই দুঃখ দুর্দ্দশা থেকে মুক্তি পেতে পারে। পরের আয়াতে বলা হয়েছে যে, আল্লাহ্‌র নেয়ামত বা অনুগ্রহ , যথা সম্পদ, প্রাচুর্য, মেধা, প্রতিভা, ক্ষমতা, প্রভৃতি সকলকে সমভাবে দান করেন না। পৃথিবী সৃষ্টিতে আল্লাহ্‌র বৃহত্তম ও সূদূর প্রসারী পরিকল্পনার অংশ হিসেবে তাঁর দেয়া সুযোগ সুবিধা, সম্পদ-প্রাচুর্য ইত্যাদি তিনি কাউকে বেশী, কাউকে কম দান করেন। এ সবই তাঁর সর্ব কল্যাণময়, বিচক্ষণ পরিকল্পনার অংশ বিশেষ – আমরা তা বুঝতে পারি বা নাই পারি।

আয়াতঃ 030.037

তারা কি দেখে না যে, আল্লাহ যার জন্যে ইচ্ছা রিযিক বর্ধিত করেন এবং হ্রাস করেন। নিশ্চয় এতে বিশ্বাসী সম্প্রদায়ের জন্যে নিদর্শনাবলী রয়েছে।
Do they not see that Allâh enlarges the provision for whom He wills and straitens (it for whom He wills). Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who believe.
