আয়াতঃ 004.140
আর কোরআনের মাধ্যমে তোমাদের প্রতি এই হুকুম জারি করে দিয়েছেন যে, যখন আল্লাহ তা’ আলার আয়াতসমূহের প্রতি অস্বীকৃতি জ্ঞাপন ও বিদ্রুপ হতে শুনবে, তখন তোমরা তাদের সাথে বসবে না, যতক্ষণ না তারা প্রসঙ্গান্তরে চলে যায়। তা না হলে তোমরাও তাদেরই মত হয়ে যাবে। আল্লাহ দোযখের মাঝে মুনাফেক ও কাফেরদেরকে একই জায়গায় সমবেত করবেন।
And it has already been revealed to you in the Book (this Qur’ân) that when you hear the Verses of Allâh being denied and mocked at, then sit not with them, until they engage in a talk other than that; (but if you stayed with them) certainly in that case you would be like them. Surely, Allâh will collect the hypocrites and disbelievers all together in Hell,
وَقَدْ نَزَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ أَنْ إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ آيَاتِ اللّهِ يُكَفَرُ بِهَا وَيُسْتَهْزَأُ بِهَا فَلاَ تَقْعُدُواْ مَعَهُمْ حَتَّى يَخُوضُواْ فِي حَدِيثٍ غَيْرِهِ إِنَّكُمْ إِذًا مِّثْلُهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ جَامِعُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْكَافِرِينَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ جَمِيعًا
Waqad nazzala AAalaykum fee alkitabi an itha samiAAtum ayati Allahi yukfaru biha wayustahzao biha fala taqAAudoo maAAahum hatta yakhoodoo fee hadeethin ghayrihi innakum ithan mithluhum inna Allaha jamiAAu almunafiqeena waalkafireena fee jahannama jameeAAan
YUSUFALI: Already has He sent you Word in the Book, that when ye hear the signs of Allah held in defiance and ridicule, ye are not to sit with them unless they turn to a different theme: if ye did, ye would be like them. For Allah will collect the hypocrites and those who defy faith – all in Hell:-
PICKTHAL: He hath already revealed unto you in the Scripture that, when ye hear the revelations of Allah rejected and derided, (ye) sit not with them (who disbelieve and mock) until they engage in some other conversation. Lo! in that case (if ye stayed) ye would be like unto them. Lo! Allah will gather hypocrites and disbelievers, all together, into hell;
SHAKIR: And indeed He has revealed to you in the Book that when you hear Allah’s communications disbelieved in and mocked at do not sit with them until they enter into some other discourse; surely then you would be like them; surely Allah will gather together the hypocrites and the unbelievers all in hell.
KHALIFA: He has instructed you in the scripture that: if you hear GOD’s revelations being mocked and ridiculed, you shall not sit with them, unless they delve into another subject. Otherwise, you will be as guilty as they are. GOD will gather the hypocrites and the disbelievers together in Hell.
আয়াতঃ 004.141
এরা এমনি মুনাফেক যারা তোমাদের কল্যাণ-অকল্যাণের প্রতীক্ষায় ওঁৎপেতে থাকে। অতঃপর আল্লাহর ইচ্ছায় তোমাদের যদি কোন বিজয় অর্জিত হয়, তবে তারা বলে, আমরাও কি তোমাদের সাথে ছিলাম না? পক্ষান্তরে কাফেরদের যদি আংশিক বিজয় হয়, তবে বলে, আমরা কি তোমাদেরকে ঘিরে রাখিনি এবং মুসলমানদের কবল থেকে রক্ষা করিনি? সুতরাং আল্লাহ তোমাদের মধ্যে কেয়ামতের দিন মীমাংসা করবেন এবং কিছুতেই আল্লাহ কাফেরদেরকে মুসলমানদের উপর বিজয় দান করবেন না।
Those (hyprocrites) who wait and watch about you; if you gain a victory from Allâh, they say: ”Were we not with you,” but if the disbelievers gain a success, they say (to them): ”Did we not gain mastery over you and did we not protect you from the believers?” Allâh will judge between you (all) on the Day of Resurrection. And never will Allâh grant to the disbelievers a way (to triumph) over the believers.
الَّذِينَ يَتَرَبَّصُونَ بِكُمْ فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ فَتْحٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ قَالُواْ أَلَمْ نَكُن مَّعَكُمْ وَإِن كَانَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ نَصِيبٌ قَالُواْ أَلَمْ نَسْتَحْوِذْ عَلَيْكُمْ وَنَمْنَعْكُم مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَاللّهُ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً
Allatheena yatarabbasoona bikum fa-in kana lakum fathun mina Allahi qaloo alam nakun maAAakum wa-in kana lilkafireena naseebun qaloo alam nastahwith AAalaykum wanamnaAAkum mina almu/mineena faAllahu yahkumu baynakum yawma alqiyamati walan yajAAala Allahu lilkafireena AAala almu/mineena sabeelan
YUSUFALI: (These are) the ones who wait and watch about you: if ye do gain a victory from Allah, they say: “Were we not with you?”- but if the unbelievers gain a success, they say (to them): “Did we not gain an advantage over you, and did we not guard you from the believers?” but Allah will judge betwixt you on the Day of Judgment. And never will Allah grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers.
PICKTHAL: Those who wait upon occasion in regard to you and, if a victory cometh unto you from Allah, say: Are we not with you? and if the disbelievers meet with a success say: Had we not the mastery of you, and did we not protect you from the believers? – Allah will judge between you at the Day of Resurrection, and Allah will not give the disbelievers any way (of success) against the believers.
SHAKIR: Those who wait for (some misfortune to befall) you then If you have a victory from Allah they say: Were we not with you? And i. there IS a chance for the unbelievers, they say: Did we not acquire the mastery over you and defend you from the believers? So Allah shall Judge between you on the day of resurrection, and Allah will by no means give the unbelievers a way against the believers.
KHALIFA: They watch you and wait; if you attain victory from GOD, they say (to you), “Were we not with you?” But if the disbelievers get a turn, they say (to them), “Did we not side with you, and protect you from the believers?” GOD will judge between you on the Day of Resurrection. GOD will never permit the disbelievers to prevail over the believers.
