আয়াতঃ 003.008
হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা! সরল পথ প্রদর্শনের পর তুমি আমাদের অন্তরকে সত্যলংঘনে প্রবৃত্ত করোনা এবং তোমার নিকট থেকে আমাদিগকে অনুগ্রহ দান কর। তুমিই সব কিছুর দাতা।
(They say): ”Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate (from the truth) after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from You. Truly, You are the Bestower.”
رَبَّنَا لاَ تُزِغْ قُلُوبَنَا بَعْدَ إِذْ هَدَيْتَنَا وَهَبْ لَنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
Rabbana la tuzigh quloobana baAAda ith hadaytana wahab lana min ladunka rahmatan innaka anta alwahhabu
YUSUFALI: “Our Lord!” (they say), “Let not our hearts deviate now after Thou hast guided us, but grant us mercy from Thine own Presence; for Thou art the Grantor of bounties without measure.
PICKTHAL: Our Lord! Cause not our hearts to stray after Thou hast guided us, and bestow upon us mercy from Thy Presence. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Bestower.
SHAKIR: Our Lord! make not our hearts to deviate after Thou hast guided us aright, and grant us from Thee mercy; surely Thou art the most liberal Giver.
KHALIFA: “Our Lord, let not our hearts waver, now that You have guided us. Shower us with Your mercy; You are the Grantor.
আয়াতঃ 003.009
হে আমাদের পালনকর্তা! তুমি মানুষকে একদিন অবশ্যই একত্রিত করবেঃ এতে কোনই সন্দেহ নেই। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তাঁর ওয়াদার অন্যথা করেন না।
Our Lord! Verily, it is You Who will gather mankind together on the Day about which there is no doubt. Verily, Allâh never breaks His Promise”.
رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ جَامِعُ النَّاسِ لِيَوْمٍ لاَّ رَيْبَ فِيهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُخْلِفُ الْمِيعَادَ
Rabbana innaka jamiAAu alnnasi liyawmin la rayba feehi inna Allaha la yukhlifu almeeAAada
YUSUFALI: “Our Lord! Thou art He that will gather mankind Together against a day about which there is no doubt; for Allah never fails in His promise.”
PICKTHAL: Our Lord! Lo! it is Thou Who gatherest mankind together to a Day of which there is no doubt. Lo! Allah faileth not to keep the tryst.
SHAKIR: Our Lord! surely Thou art the Gatherer of men on a day about which there is no doubt; surely Allah will not fail (His) promise.
KHALIFA: “Our Lord, You will surely gather the people on a day that is inevitable. GOD never breaks a promise.”
আয়াতঃ 003.010
যারা কুফুরী করে, তাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি আল্লাহর সামনে কখনও কাজে আসবে না। আর তারাই হচ্ছে দোযখের ইন্ধন।
Verily, those who disbelieve, neither their properties nor their offspring will avail them whatsoever against Allâh; and it is they who will be fuel of the Fire.
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَن تُغْنِيَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلاَ أَوْلاَدُهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ شَيْئًا وَأُولَـئِكَ هُمْ وَقُودُ النَّارِ
Inna allatheena kafaroo lan tughniya AAanhum amwaluhum wala awladuhum mina Allahi shay-an waola-ika hum waqoodu alnnari
YUSUFALI: Those who reject Faith,- neither their possessions nor their (numerous) progeny will avail them aught against Allah: They are themselves but fuel for the Fire.
PICKTHAL: (On that Day) neither the riches nor the progeny of those who disbelieve will aught avail them with Allah. They will be fuel for Fire.
SHAKIR: (As for) those who disbelieve, surely neither their wealth nor their children shall avail them in the least against Allah, and these it is who are the fuel of the fire.
KHALIFA: Those who disbelieve will never be helped by their money, nor by their children, against GOD. They will be fuel for Hell.
আয়াতঃ 003.011
ফেরআউনের সম্প্রদায় এবং তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের ধারা অনুযায়ীই তারা আমার আয়াতসমূহকে মিথ্যা প্রতিপন্ন করেছে। ফলে তাদের পাপের কারণে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করেছেন আর আল্লাহর আযাব অতি কঠিন।
Like the behaviour of the people of Fir’aun (Pharaoh) and those before them; they belied Our Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), so Allâh seized (destroyed) them for their sins. And Allâh is Severe in punishment.
كَدَأْبِ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ وَالَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا فَأَخَذَهُمُ اللّهُ بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَاللّهُ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ
Kada/bi ali firAAawna waallatheena min qablihim kaththaboo bi-ayatina faakhathahumu Allahu bithunoobihim waAllahu shadeedu alAAiqabi
