৩২৬। বৈধ ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্য এবং সুদের মধ্যে যে সুনির্দিষ্ট পার্থক্য বিদ্যমান, তা ইউসুফ আলী সাহেবের পূর্ববর্তী টিকাতে আলোচনা করা হয়েছে। Bai [আক্ষরিকভাবে বিক্রয় বা বাণিজ্য] শব্দটি সাধারণভাবে ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্য ও বিভিন্ন কাজ-কারবারের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। এ ব্যাপারে ইসলামি বিশ্বকে গবেষণা করে এক সুনির্দিষ্ট লক্ষ্যে পৌঁছাতে হবে।

আয়াতঃ 002.276

আল্লাহ তা’আলা সুদকে নিশ্চিহ্ন করেন এবং দান খয়রাতকে বর্ধিত করেন। আল্লাহ পছন্দ করেন না কোন অবিশ্বাসী পাপীকে।
Allâh will destroy Ribâ (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqât (deeds of charity, alms, etc.) And Allâh likes not the disbelievers, sinners.

يَمْحَقُ اللّهُ الْرِّبَا وَيُرْبِي الصَّدَقَاتِ وَاللّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ
Yamhaqu Allahu alrriba wayurbee alssadaqati waAllahu la yuhibbu kulla kaffarin atheemin

YUSUFALI: Allah will deprive usury of all blessing, but will give increase for deeds of charity: For He loveth not creatures ungrateful and wicked.
PICKTHAL: Allah hath blighted usury and made almsgiving fruitful. Allah loveth not the impious and guilty.
SHAKIR: Allah does not bless usury, and He causes charitable deeds to prosper, and Allah does not love any ungrateful sinner.
KHALIFA: GOD condemns usury, and blesses charities. GOD dislikes every disbeliever, guilty.

২৭৬। আল্লাহ্‌ সুদকে সকল অনুগ্রহ থেকে বঞ্চিত করেন, কিন্তু দান কাজকে বর্ধিত করেন। কারণ তিনি অকৃতজ্ঞ এবং দুষ্ট প্রাণীকে ভালোবাসেন না।

২৭৭। যারা ঈমান আনে ও সৎ কাজ করে এবং নিয়মিত সালাত কায়েম করে ও যাকাত দেয়, তাদের প্রভুর নিকট তাদের পুরস্কার রয়েছে। তাদের কোন ভয় নাই, তারা দুঃখিতও হবে না ৩২৭।

৩২৭। আয়াত [২:২৭৪] থেকে শুরু হয়েছে দান-ধ্যান ও সুদের মধ্যে তুলনা করা। আয়াত [২:২৭৪] এ এই বাক্যটি ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, “তাহাদের পুরস্কার তাহাদের প্রতিপালকের নিকট আছে। তাহাদের কোন ভয় নাই, এবং তাহারা দুঃখিতও হবে না;” – যার বিষয়বস্তু ছিল দানের উপকার বর্ণনা প্রসঙ্গে। এই আয়াতে [২ : ২৭৭] সেই একই লাইন ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে, এর পরবর্তী আয়াতসমূহতে উত্তমর্ণকে অধমর্ণের সাহায্যের জন্য নিম্নলিখিত সুপারিশসমূহ করা হয়েছে। (ক) অধমর্ণের সুদ মাপ করে দিতে, (খ) অধমর্ণকে আসল শোধ করার জন্য সময় দিতে; (গ) যদি সম্ভব হয় অধমর্ণের সব ঋণ মাপ করে দিতে যাতে উত্তমর্ণ দাতার সওয়াব লাভ করতে পারে। [তবে নিজেকে কষ্ট দিয়ে অথবা পারিবারিক বিশৃঙ্খলা তৈরী করে শুধুমাত্র সওয়াবের জন্য তা করা যাবে না। এখানে সম্ভব হলে তবেই ক্ষমা করতে হবে।]

আয়াতঃ 002.277

নিশ্চয়ই যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছে, সৎকাজ করেছে, নামায প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেছে এবং যাকাত দান করেছে, তাদের জন্যে তাদের পুরষ্কার তাদের পালনকর্তার কছে রয়েছে। তাদের কোন শঙ্কা নেই এবং তারা দুঃখিত হবে না।
Truly those who believe, and do deeds of righteousness, and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât, they will have their reward with their Lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ وَأَقَامُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَوُاْ الزَّكَاةَ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلاَ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
Inna allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati waaqamoo alssalata waatawoo alzzakata lahum ajruhum AAinda rabbihim wala khawfun AAalayhim wala hum yahzanoona

YUSUFALI: Those who believe, and do deeds of righteousness, and establish regular prayers and regular charity, will have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.
PICKTHAL: Lo! those who believe and do good works and establish worship and pay the poor-due, their reward is with their Lord and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.
SHAKIR: Surely they who believe and do good deeds and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate they shall have their reward from their Lord, and they shall have no fear, nor shall they grieve.
KHALIFA: Those who believe and lead a righteous life, and observe the Contact Prayers (Salat), and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), they receive their recompense from their Lord; they will have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.
