সূরা বাকারা বাংলা

আয়াতঃ 002.270

তোমরা যে খয়রাত বা সদ্ব্যয় কর কিংবা কোন মানত কর, আল্লাহ নিশ্চয়ই সেসব কিছুই জানেন। অন্যায়কারীদের কোন সাহায্যকারী নেই।
And whatever you spend for spendings (e.g., in Sadaqah – charity, etc. for Allâh’s Cause) or whatever vow you make, be sure Allâh knows it all. And for the Zâlimûn (wrong-doers, etc.) there are no helpers.

وَمَا أَنفَقْتُم مِّن نَّفَقَةٍ أَوْ نَذَرْتُم مِّن نَّذْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ يَعْلَمُهُ وَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ أَنصَارٍ
Wama anfaqtum min nafaqatin aw nathartum min nathrin fa-inna Allaha yaAAlamuhu wama lilththalimeena min ansarin

YUSUFALI: And whatever ye spend in charity or devotion, be sure Allah knows it all. But the wrong-doers have no helpers.
PICKTHAL: Whatever alms ye spend or vow ye vow, lo! Allah knoweth it. Wrong-doers have no helpers.
SHAKIR: And whatever alms you give or (whatever) vow you vow, surely Allah knows it; and the unjust shall have no helpers.
KHALIFA: Any charity you give, or a charitable pledge you fulfill, GOD is fully aware thereof. As for the wicked, they will have no helpers.

২৬৯। তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা প্রজ্ঞা দান করেন। যাকে প্রজ্ঞা দান করা হয়, তাকে প্রভুত কল্যাণ দান করা হয়। কিন্তু বোধশক্তি সম্পন্ন ব্যক্তি ব্যতীত আর কেউ [আল্লাহ্‌র] বাণীর তাৎপর্য গ্রহণ করতে পারবে না।

২৭০। যা কিছু তোমরা দানে অথবা মানতে ব্যয় কর, নিশ্চিত থেকো আল্লাহ্‌ তা জানেন। আর পাপীদের জন্য কোন সাহায্যকারী নাই।

২৭১। তোমরা যদি দানের কথা প্রকাশ কর ৩১৯, তাহলেও তা ভালো। কিন্তু তোমরা যদি তা গোপন রাখ এবং [প্রকৃত] অভাবগ্রস্থকে দাও তবে তা তোমাদের জন্য সর্বোত্তম। ইহা তোমাদের [আত্মার] পাপের কিছু [দাগ] মোচন করে দেবে। তোমরা যা কর সে সম্বন্ধে আল্লাহ্‌ সবিশেষ অবহিত।

৩১৯। দান গোপনে করাই সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ। অবশ্য প্রকাশ্য হলেও ক্ষতি নাই। যদি তা জনসাধারণের উপকারার্থে হয়। দানের বৈশিষ্ট্য হওয়া উচিত নিঃশব্দে, গোপনে, নিঃস্বার্থভাবে অভাবী মানুষের কাছে দান পৌঁছে দেয়া। কারণ দানের নিয়ত দ্বারা আল্লাহ্‌ এর বিচার করবেন। সৎ কর্মে দানের উদ্দেশ্য হবে আল্লাহ্‌র সন্তুষ্টি লাভ। যদি দানের উদ্দেশ্য হয় লোক দেখানো এবং খ্যাতি এবং যশঃ তবে সে উদ্দেশ্য গ্রহীতার কাছে যতই গোপন থাকুক না কেন আল্লাহ্‌র কাছে তা প্রকাশ হয়ে যাবেই। ফলে দানের দ্বারা আমাদের আত্মিক উন্নতির পথ হয়ে যাবে রুদ্ধ। আমাদের আত্মার উন্নতির জন্য প্রয়োজন নিঃস্বার্থ দানের নিয়ত ও আল্লাহ্‌র সন্তুষ্টি লাভ। একমাত্র খাঁটি নিয়তই আল্লাহ্‌র অনুগ্রহ লাভে সক্ষম। যাকে দান করা হবে তাকে হতে হবে ‘অভাবগ্রস্থ’।

আয়াতঃ 002.271

যদি তোমরা প্রকাশ্যে দান-খয়রাত কর, তবে তা কতইনা উত্তম। আর যদি খয়রাত গোপনে কর এবং অভাবগ্রস্তদের দিয়ে দাও, তবে তা তোমাদের জন্যে আরও উত্তম। আল্লাহ তা’আলা তোমাদের কিছু গোনাহ দূর করে দিবেন। আল্লাহ তোমাদের কাজ কর্মের খুব খবর রাখেন।
If you disclose your Sadaqât (alms-giving), it is well, but if you conceal it, and give it to the poor, that is better for you. (Allâh) will forgive you some of your sins. And Allâh is Well-Acquainted with what you do.

إِن تُبْدُواْ الصَّدَقَاتِ فَنِعِمَّا هِيَ وَإِن تُخْفُوهَا وَتُؤْتُوهَا الْفُقَرَاء فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لُّكُمْ وَيُكَفِّرُ عَنكُم مِّن سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَاللّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ
In tubdoo alssadaqati faniAAimma hiya wa-in tukhfooha watu/tooha alfuqaraa fahuwa khayrun lakum wayukaffiru AAankum min sayyi-atikum waAllahu bima taAAmaloona khabeerun

YUSUFALI: If ye disclose (acts of) charity, even so it is well, but if ye conceal them, and make them reach those (really) in need, that is best for you: It will remove from you some of your (stains of) evil. And Allah is well acquainted with what ye do.
PICKTHAL: If ye publish your almsgiving, it is well, but if ye hide it and give it to the poor, it will be better for you, and will atone for some of your ill-deeds. Allah is Informed of what ye do.
SHAKIR: If you give alms openly, it is well, and if you hide it and give it to the poor, it is better for you; and this will do away with some of your evil deeds; and Allah is aware of what you do.
KHALIFA: If you declare your charities, they are still good. But if you keep them anonymous, and give them to the poor, it is better for you, and remits more of your sins. GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do.

২৬৯। তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা প্রজ্ঞা দান করেন। যাকে প্রজ্ঞা দান করা হয়, তাকে প্রভুত কল্যাণ দান করা হয়। কিন্তু বোধশক্তি সম্পন্ন ব্যক্তি ব্যতীত আর কেউ [আল্লাহ্‌র] বাণীর তাৎপর্য গ্রহণ করতে পারবে না।
