আয়াতঃ 030.058
আমি এই কোরআনে মানুষের জন্য সর্বপ্রকার দৃষ্টান্ত বর্ণনা করেছি। আপনি যদি তাদের কাছে কোন নিদর্শন উপস্থিত করেন, তবে কাফেররা অবশ্যই বলবে, তোমরা সবাই মিথ্যাপন্থী।
And indeed We have set forth for mankind, in this Qur’ân every kind of parable. But if you (O Muhammad SAW) bring to them any sign or proof, (as an evidence for the truth of your Prophethood), the disbelievers are sure to say (to the believers): ”You follow nothing but falsehood, and magic.”
وَلَقَدْ ضَرَبْنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِي هَذَا الْقُرْآنِ مِن كُلِّ مَثَلٍ وَلَئِن جِئْتَهُم بِآيَةٍ لَيَقُولَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا مُبْطِلُونَ
Walaqad darabna lilnnasi fee hatha alqur-ani min kulli mathalin wala-in ji/tahum bi-ayatin layaqoolanna allatheena kafaroo in antum illa mubtiloona
YUSUFALI: verily We have propounded for men, in this Qur’an every kind of Parable: But if thou bring to them any Sign, the Unbelievers are sure to say, “Ye do nothing but talk vanities.”
PICKTHAL: Verily We have coined for mankind in this Qur’an all kinds of similitudes; and indeed if thou camest unto them with a miracle, those who disbelieve would verily exclaim: Ye are but tricksters!
SHAKIR: And certainly We have set forth for men every kind of example in this Quran; and if you should bring them a communication, those who disbelieve would certainly say: You are naught but false claimants.
KHALIFA: Thus, we have cited for the people in this Quran all kinds of examples. Yet, no matter what kind of proof you present to the disbelievers, they say, “You are falsifiers.”
৫৮। অবশ্যই আমি এই কুর-আনে মানুষের বিবেচনার জন্য সব রকমের উপমা দিয়েছি। কিন্তু তুমি যদি তাদের নিকট কোন নিদর্শন আনায়ন কর,অবিশ্বাসীরা অবশ্যই বলবে, ” তোমরা মিথ্যা ব্যতীত আর কিছু বল না।” ৩৫৭৬
৩৫৭৬। জীবনের সর্বোৎকৃষ্ট উদ্দেশ্য ও লক্ষ্যকে বোঝানোর জন্য কোরাণে বিভিন্ন ভাবে চেষ্টা করা হয়েছে। এই সূরাতে প্রকৃতি ও মানুষের প্রতিদিনের সাধারণ জীবনকে উপমা ও রূপক হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে , জীবনের লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্যকে বোঝানোর জন্য। এ সব উপমা ও রূপক বিশ্বাসীদের জন্য যতই দৃঢ়বিশ্বাস উৎপাদক হোক না কেন, অবিশ্বাসীরা তার মাঝে প্রত্যয় উৎপাদনকারী কোনও কিছুই উপলব্ধি করতে পারে না। তাদের নিকট সত্যের আহ্বানকে মনে হবে ” মিথ্যার প্রতি আহ্বান , যা মূল্যহীন। “
আয়াতঃ 030.059
এমনিভাবে আল্লাহ জ্ঞানহীনদের হৃদয় মোহরাঙ্কিত করে দেন।
Thus does Allâh seal up the hearts of those who know not [the proofs and evidence of the Oneness of Allâh i.e. those who try not to understand true facts that which you (Muhammad SAW) have brought to them].
كَذَلِكَ يَطْبَعُ اللَّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Kathalika yatbaAAu Allahu AAala quloobi allatheena la yaAAlamoona
YUSUFALI: Thus does Allah seal up the hearts of those who understand not.
PICKTHAL: Thus doth Allah seal the hearts of those who know not.
SHAKIR: Thus does Allah set a seal on the hearts of those who do not know.
KHALIFA: GOD thus seals the hearts of those who do not know.
৫৯। যারা বুঝতে চায় না , এভাবেই আল্লাহ্ তাদের হৃদয়ে মোহর করে দেন ৩৫৭৭।
৩৫৭৭। যখন সত্যকে ইচ্ছাকৃত ভাবে এবং একগুঁয়ে ভাবে প্রত্যাখান করা হয়, তখন তার স্বাভাবিক পরিণতি হচ্ছে তাদের মন এবং আত্মা ধীরে ধীরে শক্ত হয়ে যাবে – এই হচ্ছে আল্লাহ্র আইন। প্রতিটি পাপের পরিণতিতে আত্মার উপরে ধীরে ধীরে আবরণ জমতে থাকে – শেষে একদিন সে আবরণ এত পুরু ও শক্ত হয়ে যায় যে – তা ভেদ করে আল্লাহ্র নূর বা সত্যের আলো তাদের হৃদয়ে বা আত্মাতে পৌঁছাতে পারে না। খামের মুখ বন্ধ করে দিলে তা যেমন আর কিছু গ্রহণ করতে পারে না , ঠিক সেরূপ এ সব শক্ত আবরণে ঢাকা আত্মার কোন সত্যকে গ্রহণ করার ক্ষমতা থাকে না। দেখুন অনুরূপ আয়াত [ ২ : ৭ ] এবং টিকা ৩১।
আয়াতঃ 030.060
অতএব, আপনি সবর করুন। আল্লাহর ওয়াদা সত্য। যারা বিশ্বাসী নয়, তারা যেন আপনাকে বিচলিত করতে না পারে।
So be patient (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, the Promise of Allâh is true, and let not those who have no certainty of faith, discourage you from conveying Allâh’s Message (which you are obliged to convey).
فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَلَا يَسْتَخِفَّنَّكَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ
Faisbir inna waAAda Allahi haqqun wala yastakhiffannaka allatheena la yooqinoona
YUSUFALI: So patiently persevere: for verily the promise of Allah is true: nor let those shake thy firmness, who have (themselves) no certainty of faith.
PICKTHAL: So have patience (O Muhammad)! Allah’s promise is the very truth, and let not those who have no certainty make thee impatient.
SHAKIR: Therefore be patient; surely the promise of Allah is true and let not those who have no certainty hold you in light estimation.
KHALIFA: Therefore, you shall steadfastly persevere – for GOD’s promise is the truth – and do not be intimidated by those who have not attained certainty.
