YUSUFALI: Twice will they be given their reward, for that they have persevered, that they avert Evil with Good, and that they spend (in charity) out of what We have given them.
PICKTHAL: These will be given their reward twice over, because they are steadfast and repel evil with good, and spend of that wherewith We have provided them,
SHAKIR: These shall be granted their reward twice, because they are steadfast and they repel evil with good and spend out of what We have given them.
KHALIFA: To these we grant twice the reward, because they steadfastly persevere. They counter evil works with good works, and from our provisions to them, they give.
৫৪। তাদের দুবার পুরষ্কার দেয়া হবে ৩৩৮৬; এজন্য যে , তারা ধৈর্য্যশীল , তারা মন্দকে ভালো দ্বারা প্রতিহত করে এবং আমি তাদের যা দিয়েছি তা থেকে [ দানে ] ব্যয় করে থাকে।
৩৩৮৬। উপরের আয়াতে যাদের কথা বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে, এই আয়াতে বলা হয়েছে যে, এদের জন্য দ্বিবিধ পারিশ্রমিক আছে। প্রথমটির কারণ তারা পূর্বেও ইসলামে বিশ্বাসী ছিলো অর্থাৎ আত্মসমর্পনকারী ছিলো; কারণ তারা পূর্ববর্তী যে ধর্মীয় আইন আল্লাহ্ রাসুলুল্লাহ্র পূর্বে প্রেরণ করেছেন তা তারা আন্তরিকতার সাথে কায়মনোবাক্যে অনুসরণ করতো। দ্বিতীয়ত পরবর্তীতে রাসুল [সা ] যখন ইসলামের দাওয়াত দিলেন তারা তৎক্ষণাত তা আল্লাহ্র প্রত্যাদেশ রূপে সনাক্ত করতে সক্ষম হয়েছিলেন। এবং মুসলমান হয়েছিলেন। নব্য মুসলিম হিসেবে তাদেরও নির্যাতনের মুখে ধৈর্য্য ও অধ্যাবসায়ের পরীক্ষা দিতে হয়েছে। সুতারাং ধর্মের জন্য আল্লাহ্র জন্য তারা যে কষ্ট সহ্য করেছেন সেই পূণ্যের ফলেও তারা পারিশ্রমিক পাবেন। এদের গুণাবলী সম্বন্ধে বলা হয়েছে এরা ১) ধৈর্য্যশীল, ২) ভালোর দ্বারা মন্দের মোকাবিলা করেন, ৩) আল্লাহ্র দেয়া রিয্ক থেকে দান করে থাকেন।
আয়াতঃ 028.055
তারা যখন অবাঞ্চিত বাজে কথাবার্তা শ্রবণ করে, তখন তা থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয় এবং বলে, আমাদের জন্যে আমাদের কাজ এবং তোমাদের জন্যে তোমাদের কাজ। তোমাদের প্রতি সালাম। আমরা অজ্ঞদের সাথে জড়িত হতে চাই না।
And when they hear AlLaghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk), they withdraw from it and say: ”To us our deeds, and to you your deeds. Peace be to you. We seek not the ignorant.”
وَإِذَا سَمِعُوا اللَّغْوَ أَعْرَضُوا عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا لَنَا أَعْمَالُنَا وَلَكُمْ أَعْمَالُكُمْ سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُمْ لَا نَبْتَغِي الْجَاهِلِينَ
Wa-itha samiAAoo allaghwa aAAradoo AAanhu waqaloo lana aAAmaluna walakum aAAmalukum salamun AAalaykum la nabtaghee aljahileena
YUSUFALI: And when they hear vain talk, they turn away therefrom and say: “To us our deeds, and to you yours; peace be to you: we seek not the ignorant.”
PICKTHAL: And when they hear vanity they withdraw from it and say: Unto us our works and unto you your works. Peace be unto you! We desire not the ignorant.
SHAKIR: And when they hear idle talk they turn aside from it and say: We shall have our deeds and you shall have your deeds; peace be on you, we do not desire the ignorant.
KHALIFA: When they come across vain talk, they disregard it and say, “We are responsible for our deeds, and you are responsible for your deeds. Peace be upon you. We do not wish to behave like the ignorant ones.”
৫৫। এবং যখন তারা অন্তঃস্বার শূন্য কথা শোনে, তা থেকে তারা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়, এবং বলে, ” আমাদের কর্মফল আমাদের , তোমাদের কর্মফল তোমাদের ৩৩৮৭। তোমাদের প্রতি সালাম। আমরা অজ্ঞ লোকদের [সংস্রব ] চাই না। ”
৩৩৮৭। যারা মোমেন বান্দা তাঁরা কখনও ধর্ম সম্বন্ধে র্তক বির্তকে লিপ্ত হবেন না। যদি তারা কখনও এরূপ পরিবেশে ও পরিস্থিতিতে পড়েন তবে তাঁরা সে সব সঙ্গ ত্যাগ করবেন বিনয়ের সাথে। অবিশ্বাসীদের প্রতি তাঁদের বক্তব্য হবে, ” আমরা আমাদের কাজের জন্য দায়বদ্ধ আর তোমরা তোমাদের কাজের জন্য দায়বদ্ধ। আমাদের তোমাদের প্রতি কোনও বিদ্বেষ নাই। আমরা তোমাদের মঙ্গল কামনা করি, সেই কারণে , আমরা যে ঐশ্বরিক জ্ঞান লাভ করেছি তা তোমাদের মঙ্গলার্থে তোমাদের জানাতে চাই। ঐশ্বরিক জ্ঞান লাভের পরে কেউ কি পারে পুণরায় অজ্ঞতার অন্ধকারে ফিরে যেতে ? “
আয়াতঃ 028.056
আপনি যাকে পছন্দ করেন, তাকে সৎপথে আনতে পারবেন না, তবে আল্লাহ তা’আলাই যাকে ইচ্ছা সৎপথে আনয়ন করেন। কে সৎপথে আসবে, সে সম্পর্কে তিনিই ভাল জানেন।
Verily! You (O Muhammad SAW) guide not whom you like, but Allâh guides whom He wills. And He knows best those who are the guided.
إِنَّكَ لَا تَهْدِي مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَن يَشَاء وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِالْمُهْتَدِينَ
Innaka la tahdee man ahbabta walakinna Allaha yahdee man yashao wahuwa aAAlamu bialmuhtadeena
