০৪। ফেরাউন দেশে পরাক্রমশালী হয়েছিলো এবং সে [ দেশের ] অধিবাসীদের নানা দলে বিভক্ত করেছিলো ৩৩২৯। তাদের মধ্যে একটি দলকে সে অবদমিত করে রেখেছিলো। সে তাদের পুত্র সন্তানদের হত্যা করতো, কিন্তু তাদের কন্যাদের জীবিত রাখতো। অবশ্যই সে ছিলো অশান্তি সৃষ্টিকারী।
৩৩২৯। কোন রাজা বা প্রশাসক যখন এমন কোনও সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করে যা প্রজাদের মধ্যে ভেদাভেদ সৃষ্টি করে ও অসন্তুষ্ট করে; বিশেষভাবে যদি প্রজাদের এক অংশকে নিষ্পেষিত ও নির্যাতিত করা হয়, তবে আল্লাহ্র চোখে সেই রাজা বা প্রশাসক তার কর্তব্য ত্যাগের জন্য দায়ী। একে আল্লাহ্ ” অশান্তি সৃষ্টিকারী ” রূপে বর্ণনা করেছেন ও তাঁর কুচক্রীদল তাদের জাতিগত মর্যদা ও পার্থিব সভ্যতার গর্বে, দম্ভ ও অহংকারে স্ফীত হয়ে ইসরাঈলীদের তুচ্ছ জ্ঞান করতো। ফলে ইহুদীদের তারা অত্যাচার ও নির্যাতন করতো। ফেরাউন ঘোষণা করেছিলেন যে, ইসরাঈলীদের সকল পুত্র সন্তানকে হত্যা করা হবে, এবং মেয়ে সন্তানকে জীবিত রাখা হবে মিশরবাসীদের মনোরঞ্জনের জন্য। পরর্বতী আয়াতে বর্ণনা করা হয়েছে আল্লাহ্র ক্ষমতায় , মুসা কিরূপ অলৌকিক ভাবে রক্ষা পেয়ে যান।
আয়াতঃ 028.005
দেশে যাদেরকে দূর্বল করা হয়েছিল, আমার ইচ্ছা হল তাদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করার, তাদেরকে নেতা করার এবং তাদেরকে দেশের উত্তরাধিকারী করার।
And We wished to do a favour to those who were weak (and oppressed) in the land, and to make them rulers and to make them the inheritors,
وَنُرِيدُ أَن نَّمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوَارِثِينَ
Wanureedu an namunna AAala allatheena istudAAifoo fee al-ardi wanajAAalahum a-immatan wanajAAalahumu alwaritheena
YUSUFALI: And We wished to be Gracious to those who were being depressed in the land, to make them leaders (in Faith) and make them heirs,
PICKTHAL: And We desired to show favour unto those who were oppressed in the earth, and to make them examples and to make them the inheritors,
SHAKIR: And We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land, and to make them the Imams, and to make them the heirs,
KHALIFA: We willed to compensate those who were oppressed on earth, and to turn them into leaders, and make them the inheritors.
০৫। এবং আমি ইচ্ছা করলাম যে, যাদের দেশের মধ্যে অবদমিত করা হয়েছিলো , তাদের প্রতি অনুগ্রহ করতে – তাদের [ ধর্মীয় ] নেতৃত্ব দান করতে এবং উত্তরাধীকারী করতে ৩৩৩০।
৩৩৩০। ফেরাউনের ইচ্ছা ছিলো ইসরাঈলীদের হীনবল করে ধ্বংস করা। কিন্তু আল্লাহ্র ইচ্ছা ছিলো ভিন্নরূপ। আল্লাহ্ চেয়েছিলেন ইসরাঈলীদের রক্ষা করতে, কারণ তারা ছিলো দুর্বল। আল্লাহ্র ইচ্ছা ছিলো তিনি ইহুদীদের আল্লাহ্র ধর্মের রক্ষক ও নেতা রূপে নির্বাচন করবেন এবং তাদের ” দুধ ও মধু প্রবাহিত দেশের [ Flowing with milk and honey ]” উত্তরাধীকারী করবেন। কার্যক্ষেত্রে ইসরাঈলীরা যতদিন আল্লাহ্র বিধান মেনে নিজেদের জীবনকে পরিচালিত করেছে ততদিন তারা সেখানে ক্ষমতায় প্রতিষ্ঠিত ছিলো।

এবং তাদেরকে দেশের ক্ষমতায় আসীন করার এবং ফেরাউন, হামান ও তাদের সৈন্য-বাহিনীকে তা দেখিয়ে দেয়ার, যা তারা সেই দূর্বল দলের তরফ থেকে আশংকা করত।
And to establish them in the land, and We let Fir’aun (Pharaoh) and Hâmân and their hosts receive from them that which they feared.
وَنُمَكِّنَ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَنُرِي فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا مِنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَحْذَرُونَ
Wanumakkina lahum fee al-ardi wanuriya firAAawna wahamana wajunoodahuma minhum ma kanoo yahtharoona
YUSUFALI: To establish a firm place for them in the land, and to show Pharaoh, Haman, and their hosts, at their hands, the very things against which they were taking precautions.
PICKTHAL: And to establish them in the earth, and to show Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts that which they feared from them.
SHAKIR: And to grant them power in the land, and to make Firon and Haman and their hosts see from them what they feared.
KHALIFA: And to establish them on earth, and to give Pharaoh, Hamaan, and their troops a taste of their own medicine.
০৬। দেশে তাদের ক্ষমতায় সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে এবং ফেরাউন, হামান, ৩৩৩১ ও তাদের বাহিনীকে সেই জিনিষ দেখাতে যার বিরুদ্ধে তারা সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করেছিলো ৩৩৩২।
৩৩৩১। হামান ছিলেন ফেরাউনের মন্ত্রী। ওল্ড টেস্টামেন্টে [ Esther iii ] যে হামানের উল্লেখ আছে তার সাথে এই হামান এক নয়। ওল্ড টেস্টামেন্টের উল্লেখিত হামান ছিলেন পারস্যের রাজার Ahasuerus [ Xeres ] এর মন্ত্রী। এই রাজা গ্রীস আক্রমণ করেন এবং খৃষ্ট পূর্ব ৪৮৫ – ৪৬৪ পর্যন্ত রাজত্ব করেন।
