قُلْ أَمَرَ رَبِّي بِالْقِسْطِ وَأَقِيمُواْ وُجُوهَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وَادْعُوهُ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ كَمَا بَدَأَكُمْ تَعُودُونَ
Qul amara rabbee bialqisti waaqeemoo wujoohakum AAinda kulli masjidin waodAAoohu mukhliseena lahu alddeena kama badaakum taAAoodoona
YUSUFALI: Say: “My Lord hath commanded justice; and that ye set your whole selves (to Him) at every time and place of prayer, and call upon Him, making your devotion sincere as in His sight: such as He created you in the beginning, so shall ye return.”
PICKTHAL: Say: My Lord enjoineth justice. And set your faces upright (toward Him) at every place of worship and call upon Him, making religion pure for Him (only). As He brought you into being, so return ye (unto Him).
SHAKIR: Say: My Lord has enjoined justice, and set upright your faces at every time of prayer and call on Him, being sincere to Him in obedience; as He brought you forth in the beginning, so shall you also return.
KHALIFA: Say, “My Lord advocates justice, and to stand devoted to Him alone at every place of worship. You shall devote your worship absolutely to Him alone. Just as He initiated you, you will ultimately go back to Him.”
আয়াতঃ 007.030
একদলকে পথ প্রদর্শন করেছেন এবং একদলের জন্যে পথভ্রষ্টতা অবধারিত হয়ে গেছে। তারা আল্লাহকে ছেড়ে শয়তানদেরকে বন্ধু হিসাবে গ্রহণ করেছে এবং ধারণা করে যে, তারা সৎপথে রয়েছে।
A group He has guided, and a group deserved to be in error; (because) surely they took the Shayâtin (devils) as Auliyâ’ (protectors and helpers) instead of Allâh, and consider that they are guided.
فَرِيقًا هَدَى وَفَرِيقًا حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الضَّلاَلَةُ إِنَّهُمُ اتَّخَذُوا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ
Fareeqan hada wafareeqan haqqa AAalayhimu alddalalatu innahumu ittakhathoo alshshayateena awliyaa min dooni Allahi wayahsaboona annahum muhtadoona
YUSUFALI: Some He hath guided: Others have (by their choice) deserved the loss of their way; in that they took the evil ones, in preference to Allah, for their friends and protectors, and think that they receive guidance.
PICKTHAL: A party hath He led aright, while error hath just hold over (another) party, for lo! they choose the devils for protecting supporters instead of Allah and deem that they are rightly guided.
SHAKIR: A part has He guided aright and (as for another) part, error is justly their due, surely they took the Shaitans for guardians beside Allah, and they think that they are followers of the right
KHALIFA: Some He guided, while others are committed to straying. They have taken the devils as their masters, instead of GOD, yet they believe that they are guided.
আয়াতঃ 007.031
হে বনী-আদম! তোমরা প্রত্যেক নামাযের সময় সাজসজ্জা পরিধান করে নাও, খাও ও পান কর এবং অপব্যয় করো না। তিনি অপব্যয়ীদেরকে পছন্দ করেন না।
O Children of Adam! Take your adornment (by wearing your clean clothes), while praying and going round (the Tawâf of ) the Ka’bah, and eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allâh) likes not Al-Musrifûn (those who waste by extravagance).
يَا بَنِي آدَمَ خُذُواْ زِينَتَكُمْ عِندَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ وكُلُواْ وَاشْرَبُواْ وَلاَ تُسْرِفُواْ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْمُسْرِفِينَ
Ya banee adama khuthoo zeenatakum AAinda kulli masjidin wakuloo waishraboo wala tusrifoo innahu la yuhibbu almusrifeena
YUSUFALI: O Children of Adam! wear your beautiful apparel at every time and place of prayer: eat and drink: But waste not by excess, for Allah loveth not the wasters.
PICKTHAL: O Children of Adam! Look to your adornment at every place of worship, and eat and drink, but be not prodigal. Lo! He loveth not the prodigals.
SHAKIR: O children of Adam! attend to your embellishments at every time of prayer, and eat and drink and be not extravagant; surely He does not love the extravagant.
KHALIFA: O children of Adam, you shall be clean and dress nicely when you go to the masjid. And eat and drink moderately; Surely, He does not love the gluttons.
আয়াতঃ 007.032
আপনি বলুনঃ আল্লাহর সাজ-সজ্জাকে, যা তিনি বান্দাদের জন্যে সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং পবিত্র খাদ্রবস্তুসমূহকে কে হারাম করেছে? আপনি বলুনঃ এসব নেয়ামত আসলে পার্থিব জীবনে মুমিনদের জন্যে এবং কিয়ামতের দিন খাঁটিভাবে তাদেরই জন্যে। এমনিভাবে আমি আয়াতসমূহ বিস্তারিত বর্ণনা করি তাদের জন্যে যারা বুঝে।
Say (O Muhammad SAW): ”Who has forbidden the adoration with clothes given by Allâh, which He has produced for his slaves, and At-Taiyibât [all kinds of Halâl (lawful) things] of food?” Say: ”They are, in the life of this world, for those who believe, (and) exclusively for them (believers) on the Day of Resurrection (the disbelievers will not share them).” Thus We explain the Ayât (Islâmic laws) in detail for people who have knowledge.
