YUSUFALI: And call in remembrance the favour of Allah unto you, and His covenant, which He ratified with you, when ye said: “We hear and we obey”: And fear Allah, for Allah knoweth well the secrets of your hearts.
PICKTHAL: Remember Allah’s grace upon you and His covenant by which He bound you when ye said: We hear and we obey; And keep your duty to Allah. Lo! He knoweth what is in the breasts (of men).
SHAKIR: And remember the favor of Allah on you and His covenant with which He bound you firmly, when you said: We have heard and we obey, and be careful of (your duty to) Allah, surely Allah knows what is in the breasts.
KHALIFA: Remember GOD’s blessing upon you, and His covenant that He covenanted with you: you said, “We hear and we obey.” You shall observe GOD; GOD is fully aware of the innermost thoughts.
আয়াতঃ 005.008
হে মুমিনগণ, তোমরা আল্লাহর উদ্দেশে ন্যায় সাক্ষ্যদানের ব্যাপারে অবিচল থাকবে এবং কোন সম্প্রদায়ের শত্রুতার কারণে কখনও ন্যায়বিচার পরিত্যাগ করো না। সুবিচার কর এটাই খোদাভীতির অধিক নিকটবর্তী। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। তোমরা যা কর, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সে বিষয়ে খুব জ্ঞাত।
O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allâh and be just witnesses and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is WellAcquainted with what you do.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّامِينَ لِلّهِ شُهَدَاء بِالْقِسْطِ وَلاَ يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَى أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ اعْدِلُواْ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo koonoo qawwameena lillahi shuhadaa bialqisti wala yajrimannakum shanaanu qawmin AAala alla taAAdiloo iAAdiloo huwa aqrabu lilttaqwa waittaqoo Allaha inna Allaha khabeerun bima taAAmaloona
YUSUFALI: O ye who believe! stand out firmly for Allah, as witnesses to fair dealing, and let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just: that is next to piety: and fear Allah. For Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.
PICKTHAL: O ye who believe! Be steadfast witnesses for Allah in equity, and let not hatred of any people seduce you that ye deal not justly. Deal justly, that is nearer to your duty. Observe your duty to Allah. Lo! Allah is Informed of what ye do.
SHAKIR: O you who believe! Be upright for Allah, bearers of witness with justice, and let not hatred of a people incite you not to act equitably; act equitably, that is nearer to piety, and he careful of (your duty to) Allah; surely Allah is Aware of what you do.
KHALIFA: O you who believe, you shall be absolutely equitable, and observe GOD, when you serve as witnesses. Do not be provoked by your conflicts with some people into committing injustice. You shall be absolutely equitable, for it is more righteous. You shall observe GOD. GOD is fully Cognizant of everything you do.
আয়াতঃ 005.009
যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে, এবং সৎকর্ম সম্পাদন করে, আল্লাহ তাËেদরকে ক্ষমা ও মহান প্রতিদানের প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছেন।
Allâh has promised those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh – Islâmic Monotheism) and do deeds of righteousness, that for them there is forgiveness and a great reward (i.e. Paradise).
وَعَدَ اللّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ
WaAAada Allahu allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati lahum maghfiratun waajrun AAatheemun
YUSUFALI: To those who believe and do deeds of righteousness hath Allah promised forgiveness and a great reward.
PICKTHAL: Allah hath promised those who believe and do good works: Theirs will be forgiveness and immense reward.
SHAKIR: Allah has promised to those who believe and do good deeds (that) they shall have forgiveness and a mighty reward.
KHALIFA: GOD promises those who believe and lead a righteous life forgiveness and a great recompense.
আয়াতঃ 005.010
যারা অবিশ্বাস করে এবং আমার নিদর্শনাবলীকে মিথ্যা বলে, তার দোযখী।
They who disbelieve and deny our Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) are those who will be the dwellers of the Hellfire.
